Super service as always

Super service as always. Used a few times now and the biltong and steaks are the best we’ve tasted. Live in North East and delivery has always been reliable. We will be ordering more very soon. Keep up the good work

An outstanding product

Delivered as described and well within time expected. An easy to navigate online service and a great customer services team that worked with me on my delivery needs. The product is as described and is now integral to my training needs (triathlon). Would recommend this excellent product to anyone

Best in breed

I was searching for quite a while for a high quality biltong product and came across one of the M-eat stores in London. This is by far the best biltong in the market - the chilli chutney flavour is just amazing.

Not received order

Not received order, customer service did reply after 2 emails and commenting on Facebook and twitter post and Google review. Have said they will refund which they have now, but if order doesn't arrive I will know they never posted it. Will update

Avoid!!!!

What a waste of money. They charge you but never deliver the goods and even charged my card AFTER I cancelled my subscription.

I will be contacting my bank for a charge back request.

Should be reported to Trading Standards.

Awful business, DO NOT USE!! No product after over 3 weeks and no refund with poor communication.

What the hell is wrong with companies like this. Get out of business if you can’t even fecking post a simple product and then refund or resend quickly when there’s a problem

Mouldy Biltong - then called a liar - now do not answer emails.

Had 2 perfect and delicious deliveries until the third one arrived. Firstly it was not the correct flavour but that wasn’t the end of the world until I went to tuck into it. The pack had not been sealed properly and the meat was covered in slimy white mould - i had eaten a few pieces before realising but took photos and sent to their customer services email address. Some of it was literally climbing out of the pack itself. I expected some concern and embarrassment but actually got quite the opposite. They noticed the package was different to what was on my order and suggested “ this is not what you ordered, you must have bought it from somewhere else !!!!!” I’m still to receive a credit, replacement or apology.
Absolute disgrace - complaint still outstanding +6 months later with no replies to follow up emails.

Ok but customer service is aweful.....

Ok but customer service is bad.....took ages to get a delivery. I understand delivery is delayed at moment but I had to email about 5 times to get a response. Also product varies between packet, sometimes dry sometimes moist
