Excellent communication and recurved my product as promised. Would order from here again!

Nice product. Fast shipping

The business has good communication, although it took several days to for them to get the product from their supplier and ship. I am frustrated the product is not the color pictured on their website (Order # 1500101869), the website shows the color to be dark - like Coyote. I believe the supplier made a mistake and wrongly labeled the self-cling tape as 'Coyote', when actually the color looks just like an Ace bandage available at a drugstore. I am not happy since I paid for the 'wrong' product plus shipping. I am working with Customer Service but I have not heard back on what to do next, so I'm still waiting . . . .

Nice product, reasonable price. Took a long time to receive it but I guess the manufacturer was a bit behind filling orders. Nice people!

Found a holster that I was wanting to purchase. Mad City said that they had the brand, model and color available and "in stock", at a better price than other vendors. Placed the order and received an email the next day stating that the holster was not in stock but Mad City was expecting to have one in stock within 1-2 weeks. It's been 15 days from date Mad City withdrew the required amount from my debit card. Mad City has failed to send any further info on the process of the purchase or produce the desired and paid for product.

Let’s just say that when the package arrived on time and upon opening the package to find a truly high quality product I had a moment to myself… I’m talking tears. Thank you.

I really like your products. Have order tactical pants of the same brand before. Same size, but they had more elastic in the band. So, I have to move up, one size. A bit slow in delivery, but, always worth it. Enjoy your selection.

Online order of Tru-Spec jacket was backordered from supplier of this major tactical wear brand - it did rain a few times before it arrived - customer service replied upon inquiry and continued contact with customer - item arrived to my door. Have yet to visit the Raleigh NC store, will do for more gear. Great service.
