Very bad experience, wrong product description

Very bad experience! The product ordered was different from its description. Its dimensions were much diffrent. The customer service refuses to accept the free return even if their error has been proved! I have difficulties to get back my money! I regret so much buying via made.com!

Lied to!
ordered a chaise that was in stock. made payment. informed item was being sent to couriers only to be told a week later that oh dear sorry the item is not actually in stock or being sent to me. when requesting a refund informed that it can take up to 30 days... seriously angry about this... keeping my money for 6 weeks is a joke that i'm not laughing at.
Will never order from them again.

Loved all the catalogue of products!

I got my own place and wanted some unique pieces. The designs of some of the items were beautiful. Not something you see every day. I bought a kitchen shelf and a wall clock. Both objects arrived pretty quickly and were perfectly packed. I'm not giving 5 stars because everything is a bit the expensive side but I guess that is normal when you want something more unique and you can also get some deals when they are on sale.

I really like my new chair!

The chair is as pictured, sturdy, and attractive. It was delivered on time by professional staff who removed it from the packaging at my door and placed it inside and waited while I inspected it. I am pleased with my made.com purchase and would shop with them again.

Sofa Luciano

I bought a sofa on the website. The fabric is not very pleasant, a bit eachy, I hope it will be O.K during the summer. The shipping company has delivered the product on ground floor, however my apartment is on the 4th floor! The delivery man just vanished as soon as we signed. No one has bothered to inform me about that and my husband had to carry it on his back all the way up! Overall we are happy with the purchase, but I wouldn't do that again, due to the fabric and the delivery.

Don't trust it

I don't trust it anymore.
Out of 3 products I bought only one was good enough (delivery and quality).
Other two completely messed:
- one armchair delivered with wrong legs and the company said that would be better receive the refund because it was imposible to send me the legs; and
- one chest of drawers broken probably before packing 'cause the package was ok. I had to return as well.

Although the refund was very fast, I decided no longer buy this brand.

Small reservations

One of the holes to take the bolt fasteners for the leg of our item was too large and the bolt slipped out. We tried other bolts and it was definitely the hole. The thought of returning it was too much effort, we used plastic to wrap the threads and 'thicken' the bolt. It worked but is unlikely to be as reliable as the other fasteners.

Delivery time was long, but the estimate given was accurate.

the product assortment needs expanding…

the product assortment needs expanding like in other EU countries which have a large assortment. Customer service is ok but needs pushing for you to confirm things in writing and follow-ups. The delivery system is very random and with no warnings to clients, just a doorbell ring and oughhhhh its here !!!
