I had an exceptional experience with Mad Removals, delivered by the outstanding team of Marios and Emo. From the start their communication was clear and dependable. They confirmed the arrival time in advance and arrived exactly as planned, which immediately set a strong and professional tone for the day.
Before booking I gathered quotes from six or seven different removal companies. Mad Removals offered a very competitive rate, and after seeing how the move was carried out I was completely confident that I had chosen the right provider.
The move itself was handled with skill, care and efficiency. The conditions were difficult with constant rain, freezing temperatures and a long five and a half hour job, yet both of them stayed focused and upbeat throughout. They dismantled and reassembled larger items quickly and accurately using proper power tools, showing genuine expertise.
One piece of furniture came apart because of its own build quality. They fixed it immediately and secured it properly so it could be transported safely in the van. They also arrived fully prepared with blankets for delicate items such as my ceramic table, which they wrapped and moved without a single scratch. They even had large carrier bags ready for loose items like shoppers and smaller bits that can easily get overlooked. It was clear they were equipped for every scenario.
They also engaged naturally with my four year old daughter and with the family in general. Not just when she was unsettled but throughout the day. Their friendly and respectful manner made them genuinely pleasant to have around during what is normally a stressful process.
