Abuse ticket closed instantly with no investigation
I reported a domain on their network (crycry.lat) that was actively serving as the command-and-control server for a malware campaign — an info-stealer distributed as a fake Minecraft mod that led to me being extorted for $500. I submitted a detailed report with technical evidence (IOCs, timeline, screenshots) by email and followed up through their support ticket on Discord.
The ticket was closed almost immediately, with no acknowledgment, no follow-up questions, and nothing to suggest anyone actually looked into it. For a hosting provider, taking abuse reports seriously is a basic responsibility, especially when there's documented evidence of malware and financial extortion tied to infrastructure on their network. Based on how this was handled, I wouldn't count on them to respond to anything else either.
