Marco Harris have been fab.... Amy has been excellent. A tricky purchase to complete with some challenges along the way, but she's been superb throughout keeping us up to speed and keeping things progressing. Lovely to deal with too... Would definitely recommend.

I can't express enough how amazing Marco Harris are. After the experience they have given me I would most certainly always go to them first for any house sales or purchasing in the future. Coren and Shannon have gone above and beyond to deliver an amazing customer experience for me. They really have gone the extra mile and have made my property buying process so enjoyable as it should be. Coren has been absolutely amazing with updating me throughout my exchange process, and whenever I have needed any updates or had any questions she has delivered responses in such a quick and efficient way. I have to say this has been the best buying process I have ever had and again I can't thank you all enough. Anyone looking to buy or sell through Marco Harris, I can promise you won't be disappointed. By far the best estate agents I have ever come across!

I let my property through Marco Harris for two years and then sold it with them too. Excellent communication and professionalism shown by all throughout both transactions and would 100% use again!
Chloe on the lettings side was always very responsive and helpful and Corren during the sale was fantastically knowledgable about a tricky shared ownership and fire safety cladding situation and overcome all challenges this posed.

We’ve used many agents over the years but Marco Harris are different. Their personal service from start to finish is unmatched. I bought a house Marco Harris were selling and am exceedingly impressed. During the many months of conveyancing, Marco Harris always got back to me quicker than the solicitors!! They are on top of everything and spend a lot of time on their clients. We went in to pick up our keys and got the most lovely box with some treats, card and scented candle; lovely touch. I was selling my parents' house as they had recently moved into a care home. As a result, I was unfamiliar with and did not live in the area. From the moment I met Lloyd I knew I was in safe hands. He demonstrated a clear understanding of the market which was reflected in a realistic house price and therefore a relatively short and smooth sales period. He was my point of contact throughout the entire process which I very much appreciated. He was adept in assessing potential offers and was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Right from the start, the team at Marco Harris were great! The advice on the current market was honest and informative and the discussions regarding pricing were great. We were under the pressure of time due to a move abroad, which the entire team took into account. They were always forthcoming with updates and the WhatsApp channel with the team regarding our sale on definitely made the whole process slick and easy and definitely brought it into 21st century of communication!
The commitment to communication and honest valuations was refreshing and we would not hesitate to use them again if we need to purchase in the UK again! Highly recommend.

Marco Harris go beyond whats expected in terms of client expectations and delivering on mar and price. Lloyd was expectational in everything that was required. I would recommend Lloyd and Marco harris over any estate agent that we have dealt with.

I attempted to sell my property through the agent I bought it through, 6 years prior. Choosing them as they had knowledge of the house and had the highest sales in the area recently. The property was listed for 6+ months without success before I made the switch to Marco Harris.

The MH advert was night and day compared to the previous agents' advert and the house sold within a week! Sold to a 1st time buyer with multiple offers from other buyers refused.

We have now bought and sold with Marco Harris and have to say they are in a different league to other "leading" agents. Well done team 👏 and thank you.
