I paid £155 expecting premium, with Sonal at Marylebone expecting meticulous clinical care and the high-level expertise that Margaret Dabbs London prides itself on. Instead, the session felt incredibly rushed, unreflective, and entirely lacking in care and attention. Specifically, I am highly disappointed with the following:
• Substandard Foot and Nail Care: Very little actual work was done to my feet. There was no cuticle work, and I have been left with significant dry skin remaining all around my nail beds.
• Poor Clinical Execution: My toenails have not been cut straight. Furthermore, the practitioner was completely distracted while filing my nails, executing the treatment with little to no care.
• Unprofessional Communication: Rather than conducting a thorough assessment or explaining my foot health properly, the practitioner spent the vast majority of the session talking about a volunteer job she holds. She repeatedly cycled through the same information over and over again, seemingly just to fill the time.
When paying for a Principal Podiatrist, a patient expects a thorough, professional, and highly attentive medical treatment—not a distracted session filled with repetitive conversation while the actual clinical work is neglected.
Given that the service delivered fell completely short of what was advertised,
As a first-time customer, I was very very disappointed with the presentation of the 200ml Miracle Foot Cream, which I purchased as a luxury birthday gift.
At £48, this is a very expensive foot cream, and I expected it to arrive looking pristine. Instead, the packaging was visibly squeezed in and collapsed in places, making it look as though it had already been used. I cannot say whether it had been used, but it looked nothing like the product image on the website and certainly did not look like a luxury item suitable for gifting.
When I raised my concerns with photo's to show how bad it looked, the company immediately refused to cover the return costs. My complaint concerns the condition in which the product arrived, rather than simply a change of mind. It's appearance falls below the satisfactory quality standard required by consumer law, which includes appearance and finish. Where goods are validly rejected for failing to meet that standard, the retailer must bear reasonable return costs.
Customers considering spending £48 on this product, particularly as a gift, adn as we approach Christmas shopping season, should bear this experience in mind given how they treat customers - I am a first time new customer so this is an unnecesary very negative experience for me . A very disappointing first purchase and response to my complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the company and especially after reviewing their negative reviews - judge a company on what they do when things go wrong because, as a minimum, we should always expect good service and products - especially at this price point!

Shocking customer service. Wouldn't put things right with my order until I sent the product back at my own expense (still waiting for reimbursement). Very surprised at the lack of care and attention from this company.

The hand serum is really nice and moisturises beautifully however I'm not convinced it will actually make any difference to my old crepey skin!
