We were recommended to use Matrix Removals for our move just before Christmas 2018 and we can certainly say that they provided us with a first class reliable service throughout the whole operation.

Our experience was rather different to that described in other testimonials.
Having paid over £16,000 we expected a much better service than we actually received. The amount to be moved was badly under estimated. Some of the packing was good but much of it was poor resulting in damage,breakages and losses. In the move itself there appeared to be no one in control.
All in all not an experience one would wish to repeat.

Very professional movers, who worked really hard and efficiently to get our move completed - just before Christmas.
We weren’t moving far and we’re able to get unpacked pretty quickly. One of our moving guys came back took the remaining boxes after the Christmas break.
We were recommended this company by our estate agent & we will let them know how we’ve gotten on & will highly recommend Matrix to others in future.

No hesitation in recommending Matrix removals. Nothing was too much trouble in the planning for the move. Everything was catered for and individually discussed. Full packing service was incredible! Thank you so much. Removal day went so smoothly - our team worked so hard all day. Everything was packed and loaded with great care. The team of cleaners arrived and did a fantastic job so the house was left pristine for the new owners. On arrival at the new property everything was unloaded quickly and carefully. Beds were rebuilt and furniture placed, moved, placed again...... and again! A really helpful and patient team who worked with a smile all day. Fantastic - thank you all so much!
