Very good service. The packers and removal guys were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The fragile packing service was excellent - no breakages! The furniture was handled carefully and installed as requested, and the timing from start to finish was spot on.

We had a great experience from start to finish - arranged quickly by Matt and then moved efficiently by Chris and the team - a very jolly bunch. Thank you so much!

A lovely company to work with. We have moved many times over our 30 year marriage and this move was one of the best organised we have had. The team is responsible, friendly and totally professional. The price too was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend this company.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Anthony visited to quote and was very professional, reassuring and flexible. The team on the day (Chris & Brian) were excellent. Friendly, efficient and very helpful. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Matrix moved us following our house sale with a full packing service and it was an organised and seamless process from the initial consultation to moving day. The packers were incredibly helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this company. Everything was packed so carefully, none of our items were damaged and it was probably the least stressful part of moving house!

Have found MATRIX to be a very good and reliable company. It's staff can never do enough for you, and will endeavour to cover your every requirement.
We would not think twice if we had to move and store our house contents again, in utilising MATRIX.

Used Matrix for collection, 5 months storage and delivery to new house. Delighted with the service, polite crews who respected both properties. Nothing damaged or broken at all, thoroughly recommend.

I would highly recommend Matrix and use them in the future. The whole experience from quoting to moving day was seamless. The team that came to remove my delicate antique Arcade Machines were absolutely fantastic, really thorough, and they did their upmost to protect and move them safely and put them into storage in the best way possible, I highly recommend them and I appreciate all that they did for me, very professional

The office however, no so much ...

They were pricey but did a very good and very professional job. Would definitely recommend.

Chris and his team were excellent in the way they moved a number of items, including a mini grand piano, and a large number of garden ornaments to their new place of residence in our house and garden.
