I unfortunately stumbled across this website and signed up for a subscription. After a few months I decided I'd had enough of their obviously dodgy profiles and fake messages. I rang them and asked for the subscription to be cancelled. I was asked a few basic questions about why I wanted to leave, to which I just answered that I'd found someone, not on their site (of course), and no longer wanted the account. I was told that this cancellation had been processes and at the end of the latest billing period my account would revert to a basic free account.

Guess what? Yesterday they charged me another AUD93. Their website says I've got the basis free account (which ideally I want to close as well) but they're still taking money.

Bunch of dodgy thieves.

This dating site is a fraud. They use pictures of people that have been on many dating sites for more than 5 years and thier ages haven’t changed in 5 years. Don’t waste your money or your time being ripped off by these parasites. They are being Investigated on a number of criminal activities and in due time they will be charged and prosecuted accordingly in the country of origin as we are working with thier governments to ensure so.

The site is nothing but a corrupt trying to steal your money with so many fake profiles. When you ask the profile if their real to post another picture to prove they are real they disappear. Mature dating asks you to join for sale of $20.99 when you agree it try’s to charge your credit card for the full price if $35.99. These people aren’t even good thieves thief dumb criminals that deserve jail time for preying on the honest people that are looking for a relationship and being enticed with fake profiles sending you lots of messages to read to grab your money. Thier profiles are fake and they have many sites to beware of . Profile photos of the same girl are shown in different age groups with different names that has nothing to do with the people on the profile it has to do with the fraud that this dating site is committing they are responsible for lying and stealing and being corrupt And I look forward to justice being served

Absolute scam over cheap 7 day trial then after you cancel charge you over £60 when you finally get hold of them someone who can barely speak English answers making it impossible to get your Money back. I got caught in one of those three day trial periods, unwittingly “signing up” for a monthly membership.
Wasn’t aware of these charges as each month a new obscure name was on my statement. As well, there was sometimes more than one monthly charge. I don’t know of any dating website that charges more than once a month.
Contacted customer service who was less than helpful.
Do not waste your money on this site!!!!

Received a picture of a scantily clad young 20ish hottie with oversized boobs. "Your profile is exciting" (It's not). "Your picture is hot" (it's not). "I'd like to meet you" (Uh huh. I'm pushing 70 and moreover I have no plans to visit Nigeria). Or... You get a message from what could actually be a woman in the area and matches your filter. "Upgrade now and you can read and respond to messages!"

Fraudulent scam in every way, stealing money. I tried to cancel within minutes of signing up once I realized that all the “people” were bots. The app offers no way to cancel, you must go online and do a form and even then you must call a number. By the time I called the customer service rep, they essentially wouldn’t let me cancel until I demanded so—it took over an hour to “cancel” and I’m STILL BEING BILLED. Despite a confirmation email, they have billed me twice within a week under the name of an untraceable company claimed to be in London. I have had to freeze my card and will be reporting them to my bank for fraudulent business practices. Don’t even think of using this service.

All these messages were written and sent by bots. It's not the place to look for a real person, there are none of them. The goal of this review is to warn everyone against MatureDating and to reveal their slick and dishonest work model. All complaints below are valid, and I fully agree with them!

First off, I signed up for this website for a three day trial that which was less than $4. By the end of the bill I was actually charged an additional $21 which included some extra “benefits”. However, I did not sign up for this extra $21 and is extremely frustrating. I tried to call the moderator or customer support, but I was sent to voicemail and said they are out of the office until January. I ended up sending a voicemail and have not gotten a response yet. I need this taken off and given a refund as soon as possible. So if anyone from the website is reading this please contact me. Regardless, turns out it’s not even worth it, because every female I’ve talked to on here is most likely a bot, or does not respond within the next few messages. I’m not sure if the messages are fully sent as they just stay on delivered after a couple back and forth conversations. I have tried so many websites and I’m really getting sick of the way dating is going in this current day. I would love to date the old fashion way, but especially the way things are right now, that’s almost impossible. Again if someone from the website sees this, please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you

Should be 0 stars. Absolute scam site. Every message is from either a scammer or computer generated and it's so obvious too, no real person would introduce themselves using the stupid chat lines these use!!! There are NO real men on this site. I would guess the pics you see of real men have long gone! Don't blame them either. Please don't waste your time and money. This site needs reporting and investigating, they're taking money off vulnerable people under false pretences
And no matter what the below response says the site is full of scammers, auto emails saying guys want to chat, and the only chat requests who respond are always scammers from the USA, the real guys have long gone

Terrible. No one on this is real and they are all programs and answer questions with smiles. No depth and it’s all fake and a money grab. If they are real people, they are all fake accounts and people pretending. Total waste. DO NOT GET!!!

This is the most bogus scam website, have paid up amount for upgrade, but its completely useless, many woman that it shows are none other than robots. Its bogus site, please stay away from it, and report online so any user coming to this site automatically knows it.
