I researched several different companies before choosing Maximus. And from the very beginning when asking a lot of questions regarding protocols and pricing the Maximus team was responsive, knowledgeable, and informative regarding their products. Since joining the “Maximus Tribe” not everything has gone seamlessly with scrips or shipping. BUT the support team and the Doctors have done an OUTSTANDING JOB at making sure every detail has been taken care of, responding within 24 hours, expedited shipping if needed and follow up to ensure everything is taken care of!!
I highly recommended Maximus for their integrity in doing business, the protocols they have to offer that have been thoroughly researched or developed by the team and the focus they give to their clients.

Had some issues at the beginning that got resolved.
The UI /ux experience isn't great messages are in multiple places making it confusing. There is a messaging center and a bottom right chat that seems to also have messages. Overall very confusing.
Status of your medication isn't clear at all. Was not aware of the questionnaire that needed to be filled out so I assumed something was wrong in the system for my refill.
Website could use a ton of work.

I ordered the Enclomiphene and Tadalafil bundle for a year long prescription. Unfortunately what I didn't realize is that at checkout, their system automatically adds the "Building Blocks Vitamins" to your order, even after unselecting it from your order, which I distinctly remember doing. This is an additional $600 charge which I had no interest in, nor any desire to add to my order. It was only after seeing my credit card charge that I noticed what had happened.
Automatically adding a $600 charge without the purchaser's awareness is an underhanded and shady business practice, and they are refusing to give me a refund. After having dealt with a "live chat agent" who was only active in what seemed to be regular business hours in India, they are only willing to give me a "credit" for my next order... I have no interest in another order, as who knows what hidden charges I'll be hit with. I already feel like I should get a new credit card, because who knows what other random charges they'll send me without my approval.
I regret doing business with this company, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking to boost your T.
Update: I was eventually able to get a full refund. Took a long time and a lot of effort - bumping their review up to 3 as I did get the medication for a reasonable price.
