I have used Rakuten (even before it was Rakuten), AAShopping, and several other portals for years and years with very little trouble. I made a purchase via MaxRebates because of the perceived payout on a site that the others didn't carry. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. There is a NINETY DAY waiting period. I received notification that my payout was available. Joke's on me. I tried. Max was $100 (on > $300 payout). It "failed." I contacted support and got a runaround about how it's a security thing. BULL. I had to go through all sorts of verifications to PROVE MY INITIAL PURCHASE. WHAT!@#$?!@# Well I did that and everything is still on hold. It shows the payout amount but won't let me actually get the payout. This is now almost 5 months since my purchase.

I will report them, I will file a demand letter, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. It may not hurt them in the short term but I'll get them, even if I have to call my lawyer family member in.

Very good site. It was withdrawn successfully. Thank you. I hope it will improve in future updates to speed up tracking

It does not pay when the balance is full. I've emailed them 5 times in 4 months and they've all ignored me.

Easy to use and helps save money when you shop. You just need to link out from their site and they will pay you the percentage listed as a cashback. Payments can be sent via PayPal, which is very convenient.

Does not meet its responsibilities. Seller's rate is clearly displayed. Conditions are carefully respected. Firstly, tracking from MaxRebates to the merchant site is not detected on my account. Secondly, the missing cashback claim is returned with only the message 'Claim Denied'. No further information. Clearly arbitrary and misleading. To be reported to the relevant authorities for misleading commercial practices.

Scam. Does not offer promised deals. Customer service non responsive.
