AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

THIS IS THE WORST CASHBACK SITE IVE EVER USED. I HAVE SO MANY PENDING ORDERS FROM BLOOMINGDALES AND WALMART FOR MORE THAN 10 MONTHS BUT NONE OF THEM ARE PAYABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO USELESS AND GIVES THE SAME “SORRY” AND “FOLLOW UP” REPLIES AND MAKES EXCUSES THAT THE MERCHANT HAVENT PAID MY ORDERS
PLEASE DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL BAIT YOUTO GIVE HIGH CASHBACK BUT THEY DONT PAY AT ALL AND THEY NEVER WILL. Untrustworthy.

Untrustworthy.
I have been unsuccessfully trying to get my rebate from Max Rebates for 2 Luminess purchases 143006** and 142297**, one from 11-26-21 and one from 1-3-22. Unbelievably, I still have not received my rebate. I have been going in circles with Adrianne and keep getting "oh we are following up". I have to keep emailing which I do about every month and receive excuse after excuse. I have asked for their corporate mailing address and Adrianne has refused to provide it. This is a clear indication of a shady company. Once I get my rebate I will NEVER do business with them again. Really I could not recommend them to anyone. Stay with reputable companies, it will save you time and energy. I have never had any issue with any other click for credit/miles site before and have been doing this for 10 years.
UPDATE 8-18-2022 Adrianne emailed me again this time claiming that I did not click through their site but that if I consider removing my post on TrustPilot regarding my experience they will give the credit from their funds. I pointed out to her that in her previous email on 7/28/2022 she acknowledged "Upon checking, your order # 142297** has already been accepted by the merchant and it's still pending for the merchant to pay for this order." Yet she is now telling me I never did it right. WOW! Also, to date I still have not received the corporate mailing address, her only response was "May we know why do you need the corporate address? " Enough said.
RESPONSE to 8/22/2022 Comments from MaxRebates- So now they are saying the Luminess link wasn't activated on their site. Well it was on their site and when I clicked on it, it redirected me to the Luminess site to order. If it wasn't activated it should have not even been on their site. MaxRebates should do the right thing and reimburse me for the 2 purchases since it is obvious that the error is on their site. Let's see if they make it right. If so, I will log back in and state if I received my rebate or not.

Regarding your missing cash back orders, our team worked hard to follow up and get a resolution for these claims and we have found out that at the time when you placed these orders, the merchant was not activated on our website that’s why your orders weren’t tracked and if the merchant is not activated on our website, then you won’t be able to shop through or access it and we have no idea how you were able to make an order on the deactivated link.

UPDATE: These worthless shysters pulled the same crap with another family member who was duped in to using this SCAM COMPANY THAT WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PROOF OF YOUR ORDER . THEY HAVE EXACTLY ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP "ADRIENE" WHO MUST WITH OUT OF A BASEMENT SEEATSHOP . YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. READ THE ONLINE REVIEWS PEOPLE. THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE REPUTATION. Clearly a scam company that makes some of the other sites look great. Expect to get paid for a purchase you made that took 4 months to go payable and now they want "proof". AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!! Regarding the verification of orders, it was the merchant's request to verify some of your orders that are marked suspicious by them. We do this to avoid fraudulent activities and once we verify those orders, you can withdraw the cash back successfully.

Is anybody home?

After using Maxrebates with several purchases I received a cash payment to Paypal with no difficulty.
The second payout attempt said there was problems and to contact customer service. After 6 weeks and 6 emails I have heard NOTHING. Is anybody home?

Per the system’s notice, it appears that our email system is unable to connect to your email system and it’s likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. Great cashback site for high rates at small stores

Takes a bit longer (cashing out takes 7-14 days), but they do pay cashback. Make sure you have proof of purchase (receipts mostly) and the customer service will go above and beyond to help you through the process to get you paid assuming your purchases are stuck in pending or your account gets flagged.

Pending cash back forever

Like others have said, the cash back stays in pending status forever. They don't pay out. Please use other cash back sites instead, which pay after 90 days or less.

We have requested cashback for…

We have requested cashback for AliExpress orders of 2021-08-24, but it is not in progress yet.
I sent mail to the customer center dozens of times, but they don't answer correctly. 11 months have passed, but my order is still pending.
The return date is past enough, and it doesn't make sense that the seller can't confirm the product after this much time.
Do not use this cashback site.

Adriane was great

They don't payout

They don't payout. Your funds just stay in pending forever. Tried contacting support with no resolution. Will never use them again, and will not recommend anyone else use them either. There are plenty of cashback sites that actually do pay.

Caahback never automatically goes…

Caahback never automatically goes through, you always have to file missing claims. You have to give screenshot proof of everything. Then the claim confirmation process takes months. Once they confirm it and the money is your account, if you even remember this cashback by now, you can select to transfer balance to PayPal. This takes a week. You go and check paypal. And then you find out it didn't work! It failed to go through to paypal. Because you need to prove it again! If you even have the receipts from six months ago. Or even the patience... In the meantime, you are never notified of any updates through email. You have to remember to check every time. This entire ordeal happened twice, two separate orders, year apart. I like to think I have a good amount of patience but this company really burned it.

SCAM for sure.

When I asked for a check for all the cashback I have, they canceled my request and sent me an email saying they need to verify my orders because the system thinks my order was fraudulent, that’s why I couldn’t withdraw the cash back. They ask for the screenshot of 15 of my orders, including the Order date, Order number, Order details, Order amount, and Shipping Confirmation (proof that the items have been completed/shipped to me) or proof that these items/purchases were already paid and completed.

I have responded to their email with all the documents they asked for. So the one down here replying to me is not telling the truth.Go check your email and you will see 15 attached documents. Also don't make us stupid here. We all know this is not how cash back work. You pay us when a shopping website pay you and you don't give us cash back until the shopping website report the transaction. So it's legit transaction. The shopping website also will take the cash back from you if the transaction was canceled or returned. So you are not paying us from your pocket. Don't come here and lie. You are a Scammer. I'll keep posting and warn everyone about you.

Now go check your email and do your work. Also I have close to $180 cash back pending that you are going to steal from me.

They are absolutely SCAM.
