I tried to buy a logo. I did get initial logo's. After that no communication whatsoever. I tired calling mailing several times. I have never received my final product. So this is literally getting money from you for nothing!

August 3 2022:
I just got worse. They asked additional information via trustpot. The did again not contact me. But I get a mail from trustpilot that mediarockers want me to delete this review since they believe we never had contact.
After two years… really….

August 5 2022:
TrustPilot send me another mail that my review is not for this customer. I have to reply in three days, else my review gets removed. I handed them my payment details for the transaction with this company.
And again Mediarockers does not contact me in any way.

Sending me Spam E-Mails with their "offers" trough known breached/hacked E-Mail Address list.

I worked them for my first logo, I purchased a package boasting 4 renditions and unlimited reviews. I only recieved two, and when I requested the others got nothing. When I asked for revisions the designer would consistently do anything except what I requested. They never conversed with me, it is my general assumption that they may not have spoken English. When I was finally frustrated beyond words I requested a final file to see if it would work with my web design. The file formats I recieved and pixilated or tiny and can not be enlarged and do not have transparent backgrounds. Do not waste your money with this company it is cheap but you get what you pay for or in my case even less than what you paid for.

Do NOT touch these guys with a barge poll! I have just lost $165 with them. I paid for a so called ‘professional’ service and I got back 5 logos that it looked like a 4 year old child had drawn. Their web site says that they are based is the US but judging by their level of written English they may be based in India or China etc. Buyer beware.

They work with you, they try to satisfy your needs. They take their time to present you options for your design. They communicate well via email. I like the outcome of our mutual effort.

This is my second time working with Media Rockers on a logo for a new business. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the service provided when I first encountered Media Rockers two years ago. I remembered the positive experience, so my team reached out for another logo design. It's nice to see two years later that Media Rockers is still providing high quality services at a reasonable price. The customer service is great, and the products are high quality. Media Rockers does a great job taking the concepts/ideas from the customer and translating them into the logo.

Excellent service, I was very impressed with the quality of the graphics design for my business branding package I obtained from Media Rockers.

I do not purchase many products online and I wanted to read reviews to make sure MediaRockers was NOT a scam. They put in me contact with a previous customer and they only had great things to say. Since then I have used Media Rockers for 3 different companies and loving it!
