Not to try again. Very superficial communication, I sent several long emails with my needs. There was never a comment or a question. I asked several questions and they were never answered. Just a single line email with "Here are your designs", never more than that. I got the impression there was a robot doing the designs.
Now I'm taking the job to another company and start again from scratch.

Happy with the end product and service but slow at times and somewhat frustrating, generic designs, comparable to many other services. Price was the incentive to go with this company.

The price and initial concepts were good. But from then on it was a hard job for me to get the following revisions done correctly.
E-Mail traffic was difficult (problems with international sending, delay answer, answers just after asking for it, ...) and even though my ideas were very clear and precise formulated it took several revisions to get them implemented - was kind of annoying.
Still two stars since I like the final result.

The reaction time was slow (not 48 hours) , maybe of christmas and new year. The based idea of my logo was very good, but If you zoom in, It is not a quality work. Little corners where roundings should be. I had to stop the work on it after one unmotivated correction and 10 working days because of a following printing job. So I agreed the first and initial version. Then they delivered a wrong version, which I never saw before or agreed. So It needed a second delivery. I failed timing of the printing company but the printing company was able to work faster. Now I have a unclean printed logo. So 4 stars for the initial idea. In you want to make a correction zoom the bows, correct and send again.

I hired Media Rockers to design a logo for my new business. I was hesitant at first working with a company I really didn't know but they communicated with me so effectively I was very pleased. They created a logo that was better than I had pictured in my own mind. They made any modification that I requested as far as colors or small details I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Media Rockers to design my logo for my law practice. I game them my ideas and colors and they promptly provided me with four different designs. The designs were all fantastic and very true to what I was looking for. I settled on one of the designs and also had Media Rockers design my business cards. They respond quickly to emails and made the changes I requested promptly as well. I have been very pleased with the service and artistic vision.

They spam your phone don't deal with a company that uses low brow techniques to market

STAY AWAY!!! This company has stolen logos of my fellow designers in 99designs. These guys won't be in the business that long. Media Rockers you need to remove all the stolen logos from your website immediately! Customers, please stay away from using this company. If they'd stoop this low then there is no telling how they'd actually perform or how much they'd lie and cheat to earn people's business. I hope you feel ashamed of yourself for not having the creativity, intelligence and the work ethic to create your own brand. These designers have worked extremely hard to build a business brand and we'll be damned we let anyone's tarnish our names.
