I ordered a jacket on 15 November. It is now 5 December and it still has not showed up. There's no tracking number so I tried to email, only to get the notification that my inquiry didn't go through because "this mailbox is full". I tried to send emails over several days but kept getting the same message. I ended up trying to reach out over Messenger, but still no reply. So now I have no jacket, my money is gone and no response from this company.

Bought a really cool leather jacket, was searching one that had a “vintage wash” kind of a feel. Found one immediately on this site, they give you a good discount. The jacket was in great condition, I love it. The only downside is that the shipping took a bit of time and that you have to pay extra taxes since it was shipped from UK to Sweden. So the discount and the extra shipping cost balanced the price of the total. BUT, if I find another gem on this site, I will totally purchase it.

Messina Hembrey is a great, eco friendly vintage website that needs more hype! I ordered a pair of vintage Abercrombie and fitch low rise shorts, and they came faster than expected as I am in Australia and international shipping usually takes longer but my package came in 14 days which I’m very happy with. I love how they re-use clothes and my shorts smelt amazing when they arrived. Thank you for the package, amazing quality and great prices.

Such a shame as they have really lovely items at reasonable prices. BUT, I've made 3 separate purchases now (keep thinking I'll give them one more try) and every one has been in poor condition- undisclosed wear, smelt generally musty and two of them fell apart beyond repair on the first wear. Sadly this means I would now never buy from them again. It's like the designer stuff from charity shops / carboots / ebay which cannot sell anywhere else due to being on its very last legs.

Great for bargains but something not right with the sizing, too small. Everything ok but I don't know, I don't trust a size provided. Shame

I have been purchasing items from MH for the last year after seeing an advert pop up on my Instagram. I love that you can get top quality, classic designer pieces for a minimal cost whilst also doing my bit for the planet.

I placed an order for two pairs of jeans and a dress. I noticed on their website that they suggest shopping according to measurements rather than just size (they measure everything and note it under the item description) so I did that and everything is perfect. All arrived in great condition with hardly any signs of previous wear. Super happy to have Tommy Jeans, DKNY and a vintage dress for £50!

Love this place okay so hit and miss for sizes used them four times now always scored cool finds for Levi's jeans, so yeah folks give them a view pick up cool gear

I bought a leather jacket which had perished so much that it tore within 30 minutes of wear. I emailed and asked to resolve the issue. I suggested a partial refund (backed with photos) to help pay for the repair as it is a lovely jacket and it seems a shame to put it in the trash. They offered a 20% return only which will be less than £5, or for me to return the item for a full refund (they would then bin the jacket?!) Their inflexibility reflects a new business and general sense of unprofessionalism. Won't be shopping there again.
