Item never arrived, Delivery to UK not reliable
The item never arrived, and there was no tracking information available on the website. I had to reach out to customer service, but the details they provided were invalid. Each time, they simply told me it would arrive ‘next week,’ but it never did. Although I received a full refund, the entire experience felt like a waste of time. While the products look appealing, I have to agree with other reviews: it’s just not worth ordering from the UK.

The communication are only in German
The communication are only in German, also for shipping that are outside Germany. Therefore all the communication rated to shipping delay have not been grasped.
