Had a problem at first with the delivery service they never reached out to me but after talking to their customer service they didn’t give up on the order and helped me to get my order for the second time and even paid the taxes that I paid .
Hope we can get more peoplein the world like them .

Returned item for a refund, completely ignored and palmed off when I email them to ask when I will receive it. Item returned 3 months ago and still no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a necklace that I returned because I wasn't impressed with the quality. Got a message that the return was received but never received the refund. Upon contacting the merchant I was told it would be processed 'right away', which never happened. Further attempts at contacting the merchant have been ignored. Have since opened a chargeback request with my card provider.

Great product, really fast delivery 10/10

I placed an order 2-17-23. I haven’t received any update emails so I reached out to them three days ago 2-28-23 and every day since. I keep get the same response each time “we’re sorry” and “we’ll look into it” but no actual update on my order.

I ordered my items on February 4th, expecting them to be delivered on February 11th, before Valentine's Day.

Only part of my order was delivered (two bracelets, a necklace and a pendant, well made and as described on the website).

The remaining items were not delivered (today it is March 1st). Costume service is neither quick nor informative. At the moment, I have gotten three promises that my items would be sent as soon as possible, and that tracking numbers would be informed soon (sometimes saying they would include free items).

So far, no delivery has been confirmed, and no new tracking number has been sent.

While they ask that we contact them through the website, replies are few and far between. E-mails have been bounced back (company has been warned about that both on the website chat and on their Instagram DMs).

I hate to make this complaint public, but I have contacted them through 3 channels (e-mail, live chat, Instagram DM), and so far have gotten neither a solid response or my missing items.

I had placed an order on February 12th and have not yet received it yet. There is no update on the tracking website post February 14th. My order number is 88689

Ordered a pegasus necklace on the 29th and still haven’t received it. Tried to reach out to the customer service with no response

The chain I purchased has snapped on the second wear. It's a shame as their items are lovely, but clearly quite cheaply produced.

First off they didn't send my items to the correct address then the support team doesn't respond in a reasonable time to my emails regarding inquiries into my package that was supposed to get sent out again. I can't confirm that it actually has been re sent because the support team won't respond. Also I have already had two necklaces that i purchased previously have the pendant fall off the necklace for no reason at all which i lost, so I don't know why i even ordered another necklace again but this will be the last time I buy anything from this company.
