I ordered the 2 necklaces and 2 pendant pack for a friend and I, and was overall just disappointed.
The necklaces purchased was the gold wave necklace, and the Athena 3 mm silver. The two pendants were the two tone Zeus and the gold Centurion. The wave, Zeus, Athena and Centurion pendant are all solid and what I was expecting. The Athena pendant is a bit smaller than it looks on the website but I still like it. The chains however, seemed very low quality. The gold chain from the wave necklace is a 3mm chain, which is fine, but I thought it said that was out of stock, so I was expecting a 2mm chain. It seems very prone to "kinking" (I don't know the correct term but links tend to not keep a good alignment, and just looks awkward.) The chain on the Athena necklace is way thinner, despite the fact that it said it came with a 3mm chain, and it's definitely 2mm. (I measured) It works for the size of the Athena necklace, but as I had planned to give the zeus pendant and the chain from the Athena necklace to a friend and keep the pendant to put on another chain of mine, I would have liked to receive a silver 3mm, since it specifically said it came with a 3mm. I won't complain about the shipping, since it's coming from the UK, and I understand that takes a while and costs a fair bit, but considering that expense, I doubt I'll be purchasing again. Once again, solid pendants, but the chains were super disappointing

Update, they reached out, said they would provide and refund, and ghosted me completely, even after I sent follow ups with all the information they asked for. I was ready to cut my losses after the original review, but then they offered a full refund, and I thought wow, that’s good to have a satisfaction policy of some sort, and changed my review to reflect those first messages with them. And then they just stopped responding. Changing to 1 star based on the awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this brand. Unless you want a terrible customer service experience.

Sent my items back on the 21st January and still haven't received a refund even though they have been confirmed.

I was contacted almost immediately after the posting of this review by the owner of the company who very helpful followed up on my order status and sent me overnight an additional order. He even added extra goodies. My son got his gift and was very happy with the quality of the items. I know it is not the business fault that shipping companies are not reliable. Maybe some competition is required for those companies so they can step up their shipping job!

Placed an order on Dec 9th. today is the 27th and I am still waiting to receive my order! this was a Christmas present. I have been waiting for an update on the shipping details since Dec 20th.
I would not order again from this company. very disappointed!

I really love this website and the pieces that they have. I’ve gotten two necklaces from midnight city, and one piece I’ve had for three years and it has never tarnished, broken, or scratched and I rarely ever took it off. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for something that will last you years and still look like you bought it yesterday.

The marketing way with gorgeous gallery of products in instagram. I waited a while for the package, but it was worth it! the product with high quality!

A little slow on the delivery time but the items came in in great packaging and as ordered and look fantastic.

Always had a good amount of sales and deals, reasonable prices, and the quality and range or jewelry is great.

Really happy with my purchases of two chains from Midnight City. I will definitely buy more jewellery from them. Customer support and delivery were also excellent.

Amazing customer service. Have a few items from them and they never disappoint. Encountered an issue with delivery but they handled it brilliantly and I’m happy with the outcome and how professional they where.

The shipment time was a little long but fine.
It is a disgrace that not all duties are paid for EU, even more so when you pay almost 10€ for shipping and competitors pay the duties / taxes fully.

Now the product, the chains (Medusa necklace and trident necklace) were AWFUL. The color was not the same golden one as in the pictures, but a very cheap silverish one. They were for sure not costed in 18K Gold judging by the color. What was even worse was the Sound that the chains made when moving, sounding like tin cans rubbing on eachother.

I have various chains that are 316L stainless Stell plated in 18K Gold from other sellers and they are way better and some even cheaper than these terrible products.

I have returned them (had to pay that myself too) and am still waiting for the refund.

All in all, better spend your money somewhere else. These chains are from China (stated on the export declaration) and of very poor quality for the Price they have.
Buy somewhere else and if you want cheap chains like these you van probably get them at big fast fashion companies.

Very unique, affordable, and quality necklaces. I love the varied designs, lengths, and thicknesses. Considering it came from Europe, shipping to the US was quite fast. Customer service was very responsive. My only issue is wanting more items in stock with more size variety, a good problem to have :)

Delivered within 1 day which is amazing. Bought a chain and a necklace both amazing quality and look great at a fair price. Would highly recommended.

Their customer service for a reasonably small company is very good and prompt so no worries in that respect.
Overall, a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for some good quality jewellery at a reasonable price.

Loved the quality and aesthetic of the products! I love how each of the pieces I got weren’t too elaborate but still managed to shine! Would definitely buy from this company again!!!
