It's the third time i make a purchase at Midnight. The quality is really good and I wore my last purchase almost everyday without it breaking or having any scratches or change in color. Nothing ! Horrible ! It took them so long to get me two necklaces that I order and on top of that they said I had to pay 24.71€ extra to receive it ! And they did not say anything about that when I was buying them! Such a fraud!

I can tell they value their customers
I've had a bit of confusion with the order my son and I placed. With just me reaching out to their customer service, I could tell they cared about me as a customer. They always responded within an hour even with the time change (we are in the US). They continually provided me support and helped me fix the problem instead of ignoring it or avoiding it.
