Although, my order took a while to arrive but customer service is pretty great on helping with order tracking, which is good. Keep up the good work!

This was the first and won’t be the last time I will be shopping with this company. Let us start with the service first, I had a few questions and sent an email with in a few minutes I got a response and they assisted me with every single question. The next day, I had a question about the shipping and they double check and made sure the information they was provided me with was correct. I had reach out again because I made a mistake on the order and Abby was so nice and understanding found a very good and fair solution for me. Now the product is excellent I still can’t believe you are able to get a such a quality product for this amount of money. The design, the color even down to the packaging is quality I never been so impressed by a company service and product in my life. Delivery takes to long

I don’t know what everyone is on about. I got a pendant and a chain from here and I have a cuff coming in. It is true, it will NOT turn your neck green. I have acidic skin and the products have been excellent so far. I’m kind of obsessed with them.

Made an order back in early october, still have not received my package. I have contacted customer support 5-6 times and they they respond everytime with “We will contact you when we have an update from the courier”. Now almost 2 months later and still no update, no package and no refund, even after asking for it.

Probably some 18 year old with his dropship company, horrible shopping experience and a waste of my time.

The company took my money for a chain and pendent then the website states that my transaction had failed so why was my money taken ?

Great Quality, fast delivery not much else to say

Bought the silver angel necklace and disappointed to find that it appeared to have a blue tinge compared to the rest of the silver I had so decided to return it.
BUT MC don’t offer a free returns process, so if returning anything, I’d advise doing it recorded or tracked. I didn’t and after a few weeks with no update, MC just said they never received it.
However, after I contacted them, they agreed to give me the full refund anyway, so can’t argue with their customer service.
