Terrible experience. Cheap cuality, had to send everything back to get a refund, but they "never got the package" so I lost all my money. Never buying again.

So much I could say but I’ll make it brief. Well worth the money. I have swam, danced, hiked, showered and much more all while wearing my pendants and necklaces from here, and they still look just as good as the day I opened the package. Truly blows my mind.

The trident 🔱 pendant necklaces are super nice. My boys loves them! At buy one get one they were a steal. Shipping was pretty quick.

I brought the Eros pendant and it was delivered swiftly and die to the shop app I had constant notification.

The pendant was incredible really happy with the quality and the design.

Pathetic services. I ordered 2 chains on 17th July and still have not received it. Because they have not put my whole contact details. On my order it shows they are sending my parcel through DHL but it came through local courier and even after paying for 7. 5 GBP they are still asking me 37.5 dirhams. Charging double the shipping charges. The support team have been totally ignoring my emails. I would never recommend anyone to buy from buy them.

Bought a chain as a present for my son and very happy with it. Good service. Will definitely buy from them again.

I sent a message reporting on the purchase of an undelivered product, they got in touch saying that there would be a refund of the amount paid but until today nothing has already exchanged numerous e-mails but unanswered, totally misleading store and that does not have the slightest respect for its possible customers who will likely be misled as many complainers here have been.

Quick and easy process. Product was exactly the same as pictured

Terrible experience. I ordered the a chain from here a couple of weeks ago. Bag arrived with no chain inside, and no returns label. How does that even happen? I emailed them straight away with no response. I then messaged them on Instagram. As soon as I explained the situation I was ignored. I even sent photos to show them. Not sure what to do. Still no resolution and I've spent £59 on an item I still haven't received. I have purchased from this company in May 2020 and it was an amazing experience which makes it 10x more disappointing/frustrating

I ordered 4 months ago and the package has never arrived. I contacted customer support and they said they will sort things out and keep me updated.

However, they don't keep you updated. The only time they give you an update is after you send an e-mail yourself. Their reply is always the same: "we will prioritise this and follow things up and keep you updated". Again, you never receive an e-mail if you don't ask for an update yourself.

After their last e-mail (over 3 weeks ago), I've send 3 different e-mails asking for an update and a refund. None of them has been answered. There is no other way of contacting them and it seems like they are just ignoring me.

So my advice; don't buy from this shady shop, they have absolutely no customer support and chances are you will never see your package or a refund.
There are far better shops on the internet that sell quality jewelry, deliver and do have excellent customer support.

I highly doubt I will ever see my money back as they seem to ignore my mails.

Update; After I wrote this review, I contacted them via Instagram. (I didn't receive an e-mail from them so I guess they had still some issues going on with their e-mail service). They responded quick and politely on Instagram and via this way I got my refund. It's a shame that their e-mail customer support is not on the same level (yet?) as the one on Instagram. I received an e-mail notification that said that my purchase will get refunded and via Instagram's DM's they told me that I will receive the money in 3-5 (business) days, which was correct. I gave them an additional 2 stars in this review because of their quick and correct service via Instagram and the short time it took to get the money in my account after the refund was confirmed (after a long time of trying to get my refund).

Super quick delivery and quality chain. I would buy from Midnight City again.

Excellent customer service, product arrived promptly and it was as shown on the website, my son loved it but the chain was to short for his thick neck! Unfortunately I've had to return it as the longer chains were out of stock for a while. I will re purchase when they get more stock in.🙂

Website is great and price , my mistake on ordering the wrong thing …. Hard time to get in touch with them to quickly cancel before order sends out to delay refund … please email me as soon as possible
