Faulty ex-rental flute

I bought a quality ex-rental flute with both a curved head and full sized head for my daughter. Service was efficient and the flute was delivered safely with appropriate packaging.

Unfortunately the right hand mechanism wasn’t working properly. As Miller’s is far from where I live, I have contacted a local(ish) repair shop to fix the flute. It appears that the repair is simple and will not be too expensive. However, I would have expected the instrument to be in full working order, despite the fact that it was an ex rental instrument.

Surely that should come as standard?

Happy customer

My son needed to upgrade his violin from 1/4 size to 1/2 and I found exactly the one I wanted online at Millers Music - at a great price. It arrived promptly by courier and was packaged very well. No complaints whatsoever and I’ll come back again when we need 3/4 size!

It wasn't made clear that this product…

It wasn't made clear that this product Yamaha mg12xu 12-channel mixer with spx fx, was second hand. For 55.00 pounds more I could've bought it brand new with a 3 year warranty from fairdealmusic. I was annoyed to have paid so much for a second hand product and that the item wasn't branded clearly that it was second hand. Ripped OFF!

Wonderful shop!

I have had a brilliant experience ordering a new piano online from Miller’s. There was great communication throughout, the item was dispatched within one working day, and it arrived in immaculate condition. I am also in love with my beautiful Casio Privia!

A bit disappointed that the accordion was dirty..dusty.. and generally unclean.. wouldn't have taken much to clean it before shipping to customer... also the straps were well used and tatty... again a new set would have made purchase a lot more pleasant... also no where on the original advert did I ever see EX RENTAL as this accordion apparently IS !! ALL THESE SMALL PROBLEMS WERE VERY QUICKLY RESOLVED BY MILLER MUSIC WITH NEW STRAPS BEING PROVIDED AND A £50 REFUND...NO QUALMS ABOUT USING THEM AGAIN

I had never heard of Millers Music or used them before but I'm really impressed with how quick my delivery was and they were the most competitively priced shop for the Roland GoPiano. Highly recommended and I will definately shop with them again, thanks!
