Really happy with my Stealth mobility scooter. Fast delivery and good communication, helped with airline compliance info. Folds up really small and fits in my minis boot no problem and it is not too heavy to lift.

Purchasing was fine and easy to do but delivery well we missed delivery due to not receiving a time slot from DX so spoke via email to someone from your company they said it was because I didn’t leave a contact number so they forwarded my contact number over to DX for next day delivery but still DIDNT recieve a time slot so that was pointless , your advisor offered a product for free which I agreed to still NOT received it or got any more feedback from her! So will be leaving this review on trip advisor to make others aware as I spent over £800 with you and certainly won’t be bothering again!

Arrived within 24 hours - travelled with us on Eurostar and perfect for my 89 year old Dad to navigate Brussels.
Easy to use, could put into manual mode, easy to fold and travel.
So far very pleased.

Quick and easily delivered took it out of box charged it and all ready to go fantastic mobility scooter nice and light and I bought a cover for it which makes it much easier to pulled along on its wheels unprotects your scooter from getting scratched was not sure how to remove battery to rang the company. Spoke to a lovely lady who told me how to remove the battery but also sent me a video of someone doing it which made it much easier. Also l purchased a spare battery for only just over £100 well worth it so can go without the fear of battery running out also if you do buy a cover I thought it didn’t fit at first until I realised you need to put your handlebars down first lol

Never had any problems at all . Ordering was no problem and having it delivered the very next day was excellent. The only problem I had was with the delivery man. Knocked once and by the time I got to the door he was going into his van and had left my package outside the door and I had to struggle to try to bring it indoors. But from your side I was very delighted with the service and my rollator
