They do what they say

The staff have been very helpful, however we have had multiple problems with delivery’s. Our first wheel chair arrived damaged. So we had to send that back and received a new one. The new one was then delivered with no cushions. We was told the cushions would be delivered the next day, which never happened. Then when we did get the delivery.. there was only one cushion instead of two.
We have today finally received both cushions and I hope this will all be resolved. But we have had a lot of messing

From entering the impressive showroom to leaving with the scooter we wanted. Staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgable. There was no form of pressure selling. Overall 5 star.

What an amazing company! Just recently rang to buy my dad a rollator, as I had purchased a manual wheelchair a couple of years ago and had remembered how great their service was then! Absolutely no change, still wonderful, helpful and caring staff and speedy delivery! It arrived the next day and was so easy to put together, best of all my dad loves it. thank you Mobility Plus, would highly recommend.

Arrived safely and packed well ,assembly was straight forward and I am very pleased with it , I haven't used it properly yet but am very pleased with my purchase.

Needed new handgrips for my rollator. My local disability store were unable to supply them so I called the original maker. They had the correct items in stock and ordered them for me. They arrived via courier within two working days. Great personal service

Great lightweight scooter, so easy to lift in and out of the car. Comfy seat & added bonus of an under seat storage bag. Recommended

Thank you Mobility plus for delivering my new PowerChair in great working order. Still getting the use to my new power chair but can honestly say it’s very well made and very sturdy goes up to 26miles on one charge of batteries. Good service, competitive price and high quality product. The only improvement I would recommend to the walkers is to enable two walking sticks to the accommodated by the stick holder

Absolutely love this scooter and So comfortable and exactly my Husband needs. easy enough to fold up and lift into the boot. Been delivered next day and order another Battery that was out off stock but it came within a week so was so happy.

Well I am very happy with my Auto Fold wheelchair and all the accessories that I bought to go with it! Both Maddy and Jenny were extremely helpful with selecting the right items and general advice overall! 😁👍👌👌

It's not to bad but turning not as good as my other one but does the job ok folds down nicely only thing is it could do with the basket so going to get one

I have two upright walkers, With the first I was being stopped daily, So I let folks try walking...turning...lifting
the item,I broke it. any how a Lady could not leave her home,but got a chance to a ground floor flat,her son mended my old walker,Well in her new home she went out into the garden with the walker and stayed for 3hours. The staff at the new Worksop showroom couldn't have been more helpful. The perfect buying experince - friendly, professional, knowledgeable but no pressure and I could take all the time I needed. They also got me the first time customer discount I had been offered online, which was much appreciated.

I went to look at the Ranger XL and ended up trying a Nova on the test track there, which they said would probably be more suited to my needs. I wanted a purple one so they ordered one for me which arrived on the stated day about a week later. I've since tried out my Nova on an afternoon out and they were right - it suits me perfectly. I love it! Looks great and makes so many more things accessible.

I've since ordered a spare battery online and that was also easy. It arrived the following day.
