Signing up for this was an absolute nightmare! It took way longer than it should have. Honestly, it felt like they were going out of their way to make things complicated. All I wanted to do was get started, but instrad, I felt like I was jumping through hoops Here I was, excited to finally use it, and they bogged me down with this crazy signup process.

Don’t trust anyone using this bank. Do not send money to this bank. I was scammed by someone pretending to be the person I know using this bank. Fake names were allowed to create bank accounts as their account names!

Was just scammed out of £840 on WhatsApp someone pretending to be my son he messaged me to lend him money to buy a mobile phone of his friend.
friends name chakib taleb.
Message was so convincing transferred money to his friends account more fool me caught the scammer out but to late transfer was done.
this is the bank they are using so be aware.
The bank is modulr fs limited.

Like others wad given this sort code to pay a deposit. Just a scammers tool.
Modulr was inadvertently paid a deposit by me twice - £1827 x 2. A recall was asked for by Barclays but the request has been totally ignored. So where has the money gone? They were acting on behalf of Oh Goodlord Ltd. who deny receiving it. The mistake should have been noted and one payment returned.
I've paid money into an account used by this company, its left my account but the person has not received it on their end

Worst platform you can work with in the world.

A institution that lets scammers deposit people’s hard earned money into. Luckily I was wise to it.
Still waiting to be onboarded initial sign up email says we aim to get you onboarded within 5 business days and 3 weeks later we are still waiting i have had to chase to get a response and all you get back is sorry we will get the onboarding team to look into it. considering you are charge from the moment you apply this is very poor.
I was promised that their onboarding process "takes a few days". It's now been over a month and I had to send several emails for them to stop charging me for a service that I'm unable to use because I'm not set up.
There is no communication, so I'm not sure what the hold up is. I moved to Bright Pay Payroll software and was sold Modulr to make the experience seamless. It is not seamless as I'm stuck in onboarding limbo.
I really regret switching payroll software at this point and am uncomfortable paying money to a company that provide such an isolating experience.
