35 days since our money was stolen. 4000€ was stolen, police investigation started. I don't know where they get positive reviews from but the fact is that they write them themselves. Stay away from them as much as possible!!!!

Pros:
- European
- Modern interface
- Transparent and competitive pricing
- Support SEPA direct debit
- Customer support is answering
- Offers recurring payments
Cons:
- Builds on top of GCP, so still US Cloud Act exposure
- The admin dashboard could easily have many more features: why can't I filter by client, why can't I cancel a subscription in the dashboard, why can't I see all subscribers of a subscription?
- Submitted ~8 feedback forms about small improvements, they never answered them nor implemented any of this - Product Manager where are you? Only after sending them an extra email (not through feedback functionality) they told that they review all feedbacks, not sure though.
- Email support answer could be a bit quicker, have to wait between 1 - 7 days
- lacking behind many features of Stripe: no automatic VAT calculation, no invoices sent via email, discount codes are a hassle.
One of the best options in Europe, but really hope they can improve the DevX further.

I've been using Mollie for a really long time now, and I have to say: For small and medium-sized online businesses, Mollie is right at the top of the list.
Mollie is expensive – yes. But it's also incredibly good. Everything runs smoothly, without any problems, and the support is truly excellent. And they respond quickly, too. That's not something you can take for granted these days.
Now that my sales volume is somewhat higher, I had some questions about fees.
Sirma provided me with excellent advice, and we ultimately found a solution that I'm very happy with, so I'll continue to happily integrate Mollie.
To be fair, I have very little experience with Stripe. That would probably be its most direct competitor. I'd need a few more millions in revenue to use something like Adyen.
To this day, Mollie simply offers the best overall package for me, and I always find working with it very relaxing. Whether it's order processing, design, or in the case of cancellations, everything runs smoothly and quickly.
That makes the higher fees a bit more forgivable.

Human agent was helpful
Past the initial automatic and bot-based replies, the human interaction part was helpful and aiding me to resolve the issue.
The automated form to identify the recpient of the transaction provided no helping reply. However, they reacted quickly through the contact form. This was corrected by the human agent (Thank you, Erik!)

No activity. All requested information provided (apart from their garbage automated website check couldn't apparently view my website sayings it's offline - it isn't).
I guess this is what happens when you take the human element out of a business and try and rely on technology that's implemented badly. Massive failure.
Update - Watch this company. They tried to get this honest review taken down. Thankfully Trustpilot disagreed.
