I ordered two LED lamps from MondeHome that were unusable upon delivery because the required remote control was not included. I asked MondeHome if I could return the lamps. In order to get my money back, I would have to return the lamps with track and trace to an address in China. This address was stated on the return form that I only received after I had to ask for it too many times. This return address was not stated on the website. The costs of this return would be approximately equal to the price of the lamps. Because MondeHome nevertheless insists on returning to China, I have contacted Nietbezorgd.nl.
We ordered two table lamps of a certain name and received fake products, of very scarce quality, directly from China. Return policy means sending the products back to China, although on the mondehome.com website there is no indication for that, the only address mentioned on their website is in the Netherlands. I doubt that when sending the items to China we would see our money back.
