Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I also had issues with my order and have since returned which is disappointing, but customer care within Moov has left me satisfied, even though I have no product lol. Very transparent and quick, and still would recommend giving the company a chance.

In the beginning i didn’t believe the…

In the beginning i didn’t believe the company and its product coz previously i faced some issues with some other online sites. But after ordering from this site, delivery went very well and the customer service is top notch i say. They’re very helpful and quick as well. I would suggest you to look forward if you wanna order from this site.

Original item appeared to be a repaired…

Original item appeared to be a repaired scooter not just a class d. It worked intermittently for about 50m then no more drive. Moov sent out a replacement at no cost as soon as the old one had been collected and received. My son is happy with the replacement and the only trouble with it was the charge socket is lose. I hope they can be more careful of what they send out in future.

As described on the refurbished page of the website, Grade D = Refurbished scooter in perfect working condition, some cosmetic wear and tear, comes with original box and all accessories. This is what you ordered and received. But as soon as it showed a fault, we exchanged the scooter for you as soon as you contacted us. **"Terrible Experience with Jeep E-Scooter: Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service"**

I purchased a Jeep e-scooter at the end of May, and after just 30 days, it developed a fault. It’s now September, and despite two repair attempts, the e-scooter is still not working. To make matters worse, it was returned with a damaged display. When I sent it back for evaluation, I was given a quote to repair the display, along with a claim that 12 mph is the normal maximum speed for this model based on a comparison with another scooter at the repair center.

Fortunately, I had taken pictures before sending it in, which clearly show that the display was undamaged and that the scooter’s max speed is 15 mph, as specified by all sellers and Jeep’s official mobility website.

This has been an awful experience, and it seems the only way to get my money back is to take legal action. I strongly recommend avoiding any e-scooters from Jeep, Ducati, or other car and motorbike brands.

We can help to escalate any issues you have with their service centre which we did in your case and were able to secure a refund for you due to the fault they returned your scooter with. We have logged a formal complaint to their team in Italy on your behalf due to your experience.

What a great company !

What a great company !
I ordered Aprilia scooter for my son which was over half of the retail price.
I was a little sceptical at first as to how cheap it was and wondered why.
After a little research into the company I thought I could trust it so I ordered the scooter.
The delivery was so fast.
So much so I had to get then to drop it at the depot for me to collect as I never imagined it to come the very next day after I ordered it.
The depot was 2 mins from my house so that also added to the ease of purchase.
Took 2 mins to set the scooter up and get it moving.
The quality of the build of great ,feels very sturdy and the acceleration is great to.
My son is over the moon with it.

Aprilia esr2 evo electric scooter

Delivered in under 24h. Brilliant price & easy apple payment online. Although product untested, I’m sure my son will be extremely happy with his birthday present.

Let’s hope the after care if needed is just as brilliant.

Excellent customer service

To start with the delivery was excellent. Only took 2 days delivery to get to me in aberdeen it was also free! I had an issue with the new scooter though but the customer service to rectify the issue was fantastic!. It ended up being a faulty charger. they sent out a replacement without hesitation.

I would definitely recommend this company!

Aprilia eSR2 EVO Daughters scooter purchase...

No problems nor worries purchasing from this company. I had a query and it was answered swiftly, the item arrived, no delays and they were up to half the price of other internet suppliers, brilliant!!!
I will look to purchase other items in the future from Moov Electric and highly recommend the business, based on my experience. TY
Oh yeah, the Scooter is outstanding!!! MY daughter loves it!!!

I couldn’t really ride it the front tire was already abut flat when it came and then the front tire popped and I fell
