Dodgy business selling old scooters!!!

Further to my last review from May, I can confirm I bought a scooter manufactured back in 2021 despite being brand new. As a result, the battery was faulty which meant I had to send it in for repair for a scooter that was used for less than 2 months (bought it at the end of March). It's been over a month and I still haven't got my scooter back.

Moovelectric does not disclose the scooter's manufacturing date on purpose. They buy old products at a discounted price and they pretend to sell it on sale but in reality all what they are doing is buying products which are at least 3 yrs old!!

My experience with this company has been awful. I would advise people to pay attention to this because they only offer a 15 day exchange policy for a brand new unit, after that, you have to liaise with the manufacturer's warranty which is painful.

I completely regret buying from them!! I hope they go out of business for doing this to customers.

The scooter you purchased was reduced by more than 50% and was clearly listed as being available for purchase in our 'End of Season Sale.' Despite it being marked as End of Season, Aprilia still offer the full 12 month warranty period. The Aprilia exchange policy is 15 days, after this it moves into the warranty period. This is clearly explained on our Repairs, Returns and Warranty page on the website, as well as being explained in the Delivery note you received with your scooter. We have tried to help you with ensuring the quick repair and return of your scooter with the Aprilia repair centre. The service centre did return the scooter to you within the 15 working day period they had advertised. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us but all information was available on our website and we did help throughout your repair process as much as we could. Before I purchased off moov I looked at…

Before I purchased off moov I looked at the reviews for the company as I've had a few encounters with other scooter companies . But nevertheless was still shocked when the company was really as good as the reviews suggested . Moov is without a shadow of a doubt the best company I have ever dealt with . They are knowledgable , understanding, truthful and totally reliable . I've never encountered customer service agents as polite, courteous and helpful as these I cannot recommend this company enough . I purchased an ls7+ off them and have never been happier .

I ordered the Aprilia ESR2

I ordered the Aprilia ESR2. The first one wouldn't start, so I emailed them, and they replaced it with a new one the next day itself. I'm so happy about that. MOOV Electric is superb! Their delivery service is incredibly fast. Thank you.
