Avoid motorline nissan Reading at all costs!
Absolutely awful experience trying to a) book my car in for the air con to be fixed and anyone getting back to me.

A shockingly rude salesman named joe over the phone telling me to go to another dealership for my car to valued as they were and I quote ‘not interested and didn’t want it’

Nissan customer for 8 years - this will now definitely be the end!

VW Coulsdon

Reserved a vehicle with Motorline VW in Coulsdon, via their website and paid the deposit. Brandon, the sales person then stopped all communication with me. Despite numerous attempts to arrange to go there and view/ purchase the vehicle, I was ignored and then the vehicle was removed from their website. I have not received my money back and have to go down the path of making a claim to get it back. Surprised VW let them have an approved dealership.

I purchased a Ford Kuga from Darren at Drive Now Cardiff. Darren’s customer service skills exceeded our expectations. He was very customer focused, did not rush us and was very patient as we were constantly ringing him for further information on the vehicle. Great service and an amazing quality car.

My first ‘New’ AUDI

I have very recently taken delivery of a new Q5, the process, and the experience was made seamless by Marisa.
Having gone through the pain of many new car acquisitions, with various manufacturers - avoiding AUDI in the past given the previous franchise operators appalling service, I this time took the plunge, engaged with this newly updated dealership under the ‘Motorline Group’, and yes it worked perfectly, and the car is very nice to!
I look forward to similar ongoing after service.... MP

I have just purchased a new car from Hyundai Ashord,kent.
The whole experience was very professional and friendly.I Was helped from start to finish by Sophie Castle,And she helped me a lot,she was very knowledgeable.

Great Service from Hyundai and James!

We were served by James Major and his manager Glenn and initially we were going to look at a Mercedes but thought we’d go and look at a Hyundai Tucson as well. James was fantastic with us and really gave specific and relevant information that best suited our needs and wants without the hard sell.

We knew what we wanted and together James And Glenn helped us find the most amazing car which far exceeded our expectations.

When it came to doing the finances, both James and Glenn crunched the numbers for us and did all they could to give us the best price possible given that we are expecting our first baby any day, and we’ve just bought our new home, so money was an important factor for us.

I would highly recommend Hyundai in Ashford as well as James Major and the team. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a great deal and great service with a team who take the time to listen to what you’re needs are. They helped make it an easy decision to not go back to Mercedes.

I brought a car for Nissan motor line…

I brought a car for Nissan motor line Maidstone last year. The paintwork wasn't great but to be honest I wasn't worried at the time.

I have a problem with the air con I had during warranty. We don't use air con all year. They regassed it under warranty but forward to this year, it still doesn't work and now I have to pay for a problem it had when I brought it. I don't understand how that is fair and a way to treat a customer. I only give 2 starts because the lady on the front desk of literally so lovely, I'd give her 5 stars alone.

Poor service due to a call centre -Nissan Cube import with…

I had booked my Nissan Cube import with Nissan at Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The branch had dealt with the issue of re coding the keys a couple years ago. Needed to be done again. I booked it in even got the price when I asked for it and also advise new address as I had moved recently. On day job was due to be done I called the branch who claimed they have no record of work being booked. After I had a grumble to Darien he managed to find my booking but with Volkswagen ... trouble with a central booking office not knowing anything about cars. How do you mistake a Nissan Cube for a Volkswagen? now a further weeks delay. terrible service and even harder to make a complaint.

Bought a car without viewing

Bought a car without viewing, thought that the 3 months warranty give you peace of mind. Drove the car straight back home than realise that there’s fault in the the leather seats cover, broken coin box, it’s expensive to get it done and the air conditioning needs gas. Was told that once the car is driven, they can’t do anything but if you find the fault on the spot it’s a different story. So people please beware when buying from the Bristol Motorline branch. There’s no guarantee once the car is driven out of the dealer. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Very well organised for seeing…

Very well organised for seeing customers during the COVID 19. Very thorough in emailing, texting and phoning confirming appointment and going through the safety measures. Booked car in for a problem and surprised to have health check included, so felt a very Good service. Aaron was very welcoming and explained and showed everything that was done. Wouldn't hesitate to have my car looked after and serviced by them .

Toyota Worcester - Unprofessional and misleading

I decided to take advantage of the scrapage scheme and trade my old Toyota Aygo in for a new one at Toyota Worcester. The manager offered me a deal that if I bought the car on that day he would knock off £450. I agreed and paid the deposit.

When I went in to sign the paper work the ‘Super Guard Protect’ had been removed from my order. When I queried this they were very defensive and said they had done it to reduce the price but they had forgotten to record it against the order. I was concerned that they had simply reduced the price by removing this product from my original order.

I then asked for a quote for adding alloy insurance which proved to be very difficult and I received numerous quotes. I left and said that I was not happy with the service and would like to reconsider whether I should still proceed with purchasing the car.

The next day I got a very unprofessional and rude phone call asking for my bank details to refund my deposit.

I will still be going ahead with purchasing a new car but will be getting it from a trustworthy dealership.

Nissan ashford sales exec Mark was first class.

I paid a 250 deposit on a car 180 miles from me and although the car was a great price and my parter was fair. Mark the sales executive went out of his way to try and accommodate me even prepared to drive the car 40 miles to a closer dealer to reduce my traveling time.
However for personal reasons I was unable to travel, and therefore had to cancel, the deposit was credited in my account within 2 days.
Mark the sales exec was first class in all my dealings with him and I would recommend the Nissan ashford Motorline branch to anyone.
