rubish never buy from here customer service is horrible I wanted a refund because there was a broken peice i contacted them and sent a clear pic and they said they could not see the damage! WASTE OF MONEY

Received the wrong items.
Ordered a model car brick build and a v10 engine model. The car arrived with another box that contained a blue model train?.
Sent them emails and they asked for the order number quickly which seemed good, they since ignored my emails.
Ridiculous

Tried to cancel my order as it would have arrived too late but had no success. Item arrived and I have been trying since June to return it. Zero replies to numerous emails sent. They claim on their website that they aim to respond with 24hrs, what an absolute joke!
Do not buy direct with Mould King!!

This is without a doubt the worst most incompetent website I have ever encountered sent me the wrong hat with no tags no size on it this bootleg i’m 100% sure I did not buy this bootleg hat they Had the nerve to send me a counterfeit hat if you have the option to buy from another place buy it there 110% do not buy it here you will waste your time they sell fakes and their customer service is a nightmare if I can give them -5 stars I would disaster

On 22 November 2025 I purchased a product from Mould King online. They took my money immediately but never delivered the product and never answer any of my messages. A company of thieves. Shame on them. Avoid Mould King at all cost.

Immediately after hitting the purchase button, I discovered the items description was incorrect. The Monarch 13135 is supposed to be 11,000 pieces not 4000 pieces as described. The items pictures also contradicted the description by showing the box of the item which has a notice declaring it had 11,000 pieces.

When I emailed customer support for clarification (as there's no contact number), I never recieved a reply. 5 days and two emails further and I'm still yet to recieve a reply. Cusromer service simply does not exist. Upon investigating, it seems this company isn't even affiliated with Mould King at all. It appears to be a lone wolf who has set up shop and stolen Mould King's name. As there appears to be no way to cancel the order or delete my account on the site, I've had to cancel the transaction through my bank. So now it's another long wait.

Please learn from my mistake and do a bit of research before hitting that purchase button, please! It really is not worth the hassle.

Ordered two items and received email from Mould King to say one was out of stock, so they would refund me. They never did. I received the item that was in stock, and after chasing the refund, they told me it had been issued and to "check my bank account very carefully" but after countless emails and trying to get in touch via their "contact form" on the website, they have never got back to me since. I will be raising a dispute with my bank and hopefully get the money back. Beware of this company - very poor communication and if they are due you a refund, don't hold your breath!

Update on 29th May....Mould King have now refunded my account after I advised I would be raising a dispute with my bank. They also emailed me to inform me of this.

Been waiting for delivery since April 22,2026. Customer service is non-existent. Saying the shipment is being held in US customs since the above date. Do Not Buy from overseas Factory, I have bought from Amazon dealers with no problems. This kit was not available from a US based dealer. Checking today, the website is no longer available for tracking. I will be starting a charge back action this morning.

Terrible company No Customer Service ordered an expensive model went to build it within two minutes a major part missing. Despite three mails to customer service no response. A complete waste of money. Do NOT BUY anything from this company !!!!

3 models given as Xmas and Birthday presents, Instruction book on all 3 very poor, quality of fitting very poor. 1, Engine did not work, crankshaft problem, parts missing. 2, Truck, parts missing nothing worked correctly, shocking quality parts.3, Bentley roadster again parts missing, instructions and fitting shocking, All very poor engineering of some parts. Not a good experience,

I have built many of the larger Lego Technic models but the cost can be quite prohibitive so I decided to try the Mould King Recovery Truck Model 19008.
No problems ordering direct off the website and came quickly from China. Very well packaged.
This set has almost 11,000 pieces and 19 motors so is a very challenging and interesting build. I find it goes together just as good as Lego and the detailed instructions are very clear. Best of all, NO MISSING PIECES.
After building three times, I wanted to ask a technical question so filled an enquiry form on their website. No answer so I tried emailing direct. No answer.
If it had not been for their non-existent customer service I would have given 5 stars

The UK website is clearly not monitored or has any customer service at all so its buyer beware. Took money but didn’t send set out. Zero reply to countless emails, Facebook messenger and WhatsApp.
I’m updating this because after dozens of emails I finally had an apology and they have sent the missing set. The product is good and decent value but the need to look at customer service as it’s been pretty frustrating but in fairness to them we got there in the end.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Instructions were made by a drunk person, couldn’t understand anything. On top of that, the diagrams look like they were made by ai (which they probably were)!
Don’t even get me started on the quality though. It makes me laugh every time I think about it! Absolutely garbage!
And if you think that this review can’t get a worse, it can, trust me.
Something that we all dread once opening a Lego set is to have a missing piece. Well, that is exactly what happened to me.
Anyways, this set nearly landed me in mental hospital and I shall never buy from this company again! Stick to lego guys.

I have purchased 3 Mould King models and all have had parts missing.
The Excavator 40 parts missing.
The Forklift 37 parts missing.
And a smaller Excavator 39 missing.

Dont reply to emails and still havent received my refund

Single handedly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried cancelling my order from the day I placed it. Have messaged across 5 platforms and am yet to receive a reply.

Worst brick brand ever made, instructions miss printed, brick don’t clips together, missing parts, so fragil like the set start breaking before being completely build, its a scam, 5162 piece of pure hell, never buy again it is horrible

I saw this advertised on Tv while on holiday 8n American recently.
It was free delivery worldwide so I ordered while I was there and 10 days later is it delivered to my door in the UK.
I wa kept informed every step of the way and it when it was delivered I was so excited. It is lovely when a company can do exactly as they promise

Purchased the Ghostbus model via Temu. It's a copy of the Ghost Busters Ecto1 car but probably without the proper licencing.
The brick quality seems good , on a par with Lego but the paper manual is small and less intuitive than Lego. Also the online PDF manual appeared to show an entirely different sequence!! Also the bags of bricks don't entirely follow the guide either, with bricks from bag 2 being needed before bag 1 had been used.

Problem immediately struck when 16 parts were missing from the early stages. I looked at their help online which says parts are free to replace but one off only and there's a hefty postage charge. Also you need to send a photo which is frankly a ridiculously process because after only 20 pieces in when the missing items were discovered I'm not going to check over 1000 other pieces in case they are missing.

Temo have me a refund thankfully. I won't be using Mound King again. It's in the recycling bin already.

ordered 3 set and got them 14 days later, good quality on par with lego, only thing i can say that not so great is the manual, thats a bit small, and printed in a few shades darker than legos, so can be hard to see in poor lighting, other than that i like my RC leopard 2 and t-34
