I placed an order for medications via…

I placed an order for medications via this company which never arrived, it was never shipped. It is now 14 days since I placed the order. No refund has been issued, no one replies to emails, I run a busy medical clinic, I do not have time to constantly chase for refunds for products I have purchased which never arrived.

Movianto is a terrible company who has no interest in providing good service to its clients. It's a shame good products like Cingal and Monovisc use such an incompetent company to ship for them.

No one knows how to reply to emails, terrible service. 0 stars if possible. If I ran my business this way id be bankrupt and closed in weeks!
