Used to be okay, but recent experiences have been awful.
Took multiple payments despite the coffee being discontinued and haven't refunded yet, despite promising to do so on multiple occasions.

Been a customer for a long time.
great coffee. However seems that they may be out of business? No stock on their website. Ordered from their Ebay listings. Order never arrived. Had to get Ebay to refund me. I emailed them directly - was told I'd get an immediate refund - they didnt refund me & then stopped answering my emails. Very poor performance all round.

Website is appalling to navigate - I moved house and updated my address but twice my order was shipped to an old address. Then, I've tried to cancel my subscription and I'm still being charged. Woeful.

Earth friendly capsules, great coffee and amazing taste.

I use the decaf types a lot and love them!

Excellent service and great flavoured coffee.

Wonderful coffee - so good to have a decent choice, and the decaf is actually really very impressive! (I had one by accident and didn't realise it was decaf!!) Not to mention that I can pop them in the compost bin is a massive plus!!!

Ordering was easy, delivery was reasonably fast, I love that the pods are compostable but sadly the coffee just doesn’t cut it…. It’s VERY, very weak. I use three capsules per cup and it’s still not as strong as an Nespresso. I actually find Aldi’s Colombian stronger, there, I only use two capsules per cup. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want/like excessively strong coffee, but unfortunately I won’t be buying again, not unless the strength improves…. 🤗

The coffee tastes amazing. Not the strongest but it goes smooth. Perfectly compatible with Nespresso (it truly fits well and does not damage the Nespresso coffee machine).

It accomplishes to solve my main issue with Nespresso or any other capsules of coffee, the continuously harm to the environment. Thanks to the compostable pods, we can continue drinking coffee pods and be eco-friendly at the same time.

I will definitely buy them again!

I just want to say thank you 😊 I found on Facebook Moving Beans and I am chafed! Very nice coffee, compostable and from fair trade. What else can you ask? Well the coffee it’s very tasty and the mixed pack has a different variety of coffees. And last but not least, it’s a small business from Bristol! A win-win situation. I truly recommend Moving Beans.

Ordered a starter pack on 7th August. They took the money but the order never arrived.
Complained a week later, they promised another package which again never arrived. Tracking numbers are useless, I always get "no information".
There's never a problem with any other deliveries so it's very strange and disappointing. Today is 20th of August and I had to buy different types of coffee twice since I ordered this one.
It's only one star because zero is not possible.

Really great taste. Difficult to find with compostable pods but love those. Had to order some extra as they are flying in our household. Coffees are really creamy and flavoury. Timely delivery too. And environmentally friendly. Well done, movingbeans!

I'm so impressed with these coffee pods. We always buy compostable but the previous brand was just ok. Moving Beans coffees are so much better - especially the Colombian. Highly recommended

Ordered a selection of coffees, Indonesian, Colombian, reserve and classic, very impressed for the price! Love that their compostible and biodegradable. Will definately order again.

Very disappointed having purchased these pods advertised as compostable expecting to be able to put these in garden compost .... you can't, they have to be put into food waste collection which we don't have. So just having to throw them into household waste. Not impressed with the coffee either :-(
