I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the execution of the veranda installation.
The project was initially planned to be completed within two days. However, the actual duration extended to three weeks, which is far beyond what was agreed upon. During this period, multiple explanations were provided for the delays, including issues with transportation, claims that materials were still being shipped from Turkey, and the unavailability of specialists due to vacation. These reasons appeared inconsistent and, at times, not credible.
The prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and has not met the expectations set at the start of the project. Clear communication, proper planning, and adherence to agreed timelines are essential in such undertakings, and unfortunately, these standards were not met.
I request a clear explanation for the delays, as well as appropriate compensation or remediation for the inconvenience caused. I would appreciate your prompt response to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
