Received pair of shoes that are in correct sizing but will not respond to send the paperwork for refund.
DO NOT USE.

Ordered in Feb item never arrived. It's now April. A lot of money lost.
Company's phone number doesn't connect to anything. Avoid at all costs.

I bought some shoes online, they didn't fit well and I requested to return them. Zero response in over a month and having to get American Express involved to see if I can get a refund. Don't bother with this site!

Trainers are fakes, company don't respond. Escalating with paypal. Have to send them back to Vietnam yet purchased from a website posing as a London company. Stay away from this company, it's a scam.

Ordered Nike vaporflys, they took so long to come I ordered off another company, when they arrived, I realised they're fake. Good fakes but fake, they're heavier and not as good quality. Then you have the issue of returning. The company are fake so don't respond to emails. It's a guy in Vietnam not a London company. Getting my money back through pay pal but have to pay to send the trainers back to Vietnam which isn't cheap. Absolute scam website. Please avoid

I ordered a pair of Nike Vaporflys size 10.5. What arrived was a pair of size 8’s in a damaged box. I can’t be certain whether they are fakes or not as I can’t wear them but I suspect they are. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email for the last 10days to organise my return but nobody has returned my emails or answered the phone. I would avoid this company. Don’t get fooled, as I did by the headline price, you should pay a bit more and go with a reputable company that will deliver what you paid for. Those that have received what they ordered are the lucky minority.

I bought a pair of Nike 270s for £130 and like a fool, I did not look at the reviews first, everything they have said in the reviews are true. I got these trainers as a size 8 and they are not and 8, more a 9 but the labels all say 8, so they must be seconds or fakes. I cannot even wear them as I look like a penguin. After contacting them via email as they don't have a usable phone number, they eventually got back to me and made out they were the victims of this unfortunate situation. Then they asked for photos which I did and then much later on, they emailed me again apologised and offered me 60% refund or 50% with 20% another order WTF, again with the victim statement how they outsource the products from someone else so its not there fault. I was so angry, they were a gift from my partner and due to the anxiety she had around this company she had to cancel the card, and this obviously caused problems of its own. After feeling really angry and trying to salvage something from it, I sent an email asking for the 60% of the money and guess what, I have heard nothing, I have sent 3 emails and got nothing back, scumbags, please don't waste your money, if its cheap there is a reason. I will never buy products from an organisation unless I read the reviews first.

FAKE ITEMS! Ordered a pair of Nike trainers for £130 and they are clearly fake. It was obvious they were fake as soon as I opened the box. Mulngati is asking for photos of ‘defects’ to prove this, the whole trainer is a defect as there are various issues compared to my authentic pair I already have. Awful service!

The item did arrive, but they don't fit. It states you can't return without emailing them first and receiving authorisation to return. I have emailed repeatedly, but they've never responded, meaning I can't return the item. Assuming if I do, they simply won't put through the return and refund.

So after waiting for delivery and reading all the reviews I received my trainers today. New balance 991v2 - I'm still a bit confused. They seem legit - look the part, feel right etc
Clearly the company isn't in the UK which is a red flag, and the packaging was shoddy. But the trainers seem to be legit. If anyone knows how I can further check I'd be interested. They come with a 'stockx' badge of genuineness- this is possibly odd as not ordered from stockx. But again....they seem the genuine 991s......

Well these have got to be the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with and that’s saying something and I say this only because of one issue and that’s a request to exchange my Nike 7.5 to a size 8.Well what they asked me to do was like a shopping list.Take pics of the package,pics of the shoes,pics of the tongue,pics compared to another pair of my Nike 7.5’s with a measuring tape and this I did but surprise surprise no reply so I’ve accepted I’ll have to keep these but lesson learnt always go to Trustpilot before buying.

As many other here I ordered a pair of running shoes from this online store, hoping I was getting a genuine product. However, what I received was a poorly made fake that looked nothing like the real thing. Awful chemical smell, box with wrong labels, packaging, colour, materials, weight, everything is wrong. Seems they even don't try to make something reminding the original model.
Of course they don't reply to any emails and I've had to open a case with PayPal.
Interestingly, they removed all Nike shoes and many other items from their online store. Probably they got enough money from the fake products.

This store is a scam—do not waste your money here!

I don’t see why this website has bad ratings? I got my order within a week, I am very pleased will buy again.

I am not one to write a review, but if this just stops one person buying from this site I’d be happy.
This company is ultimately a scam, claiming to sell genuine items and once bought you have absolutely zero contact from them.
I have emailed them an ungodly amount of times.
The phone number doesn’t even call.
Their feedback form doesn’t even submit.
The bottom line is, I’m a couple hundred pound short with such obviously fake trainers.

I had to come here and leave a review because like most of you I placed an order for £129 then started seeing the lots of negative reviews ☹.... I couldn't cancel my order so thought I'd just wait and see if they showed up and if they did and were clearly not what was shown they'd be sent back and I'd open a PayPal dispute if I got no where with the company.... well they did arrive and true to their word they are 110% real Nike air max.... I am very pleased with my order and owe them an apology for judging and being swayed by all the negative reviews but I'm very pleased with my order &
got what I paid for....xo

So i have paid for jordan retro 3 .£116 on the 17th febuary since then i have recived an email from the seller with Evri tracking number all its said is that evri has the parcel but its has not changed the tracking been the same since 19th feb, emailed the seller multiple times as there contact number on the website does not work but never got a reply back please DO NOT BUY from this company it is a scam they will take your money and you will not get what you have paid
