Brilliant customer service my item got sent to wrong address and mutiny sent me a new one straight away.

Really impressed so far. I ordered two weeks ago and it arrived a few days later (as promised). They didn't have the colour blade cover I ordered so they took the time to send a personal e-mail to ask if I'd like to wait until it was back in stock (a few days) or try one of their new colours (which they were about to launch) and get it right away. As for the stuff, I'm so pleased. I've moved from disposable safety razor so was excited but nervous about the change but its been really easy. I love the aloe vera soap, really foamy and soft. I watch a few Youtube videos on the change in how to shave with these razors and got it right first time. No nicks on my legs after several shaves, only a little one on the back of my ankle where I wasn't concentrating. Legs feels smoother too I think.

Order was delayed and the company emailed me to let me know and also added in something extra. I hadn’t even noticed it was late in coming great service.

Great razor, but the handle feels really short in my hand. I end up holding it with my finger tips. Can an interchangeable long handle be made available? Also bought the brush & rosemary and lime soap. Not using the soap yet, but it smells great. The brush makes a good lather.

I ordered the aloe vera mutiny box, and the shaving pouch. My order was processed very quickly - it arrived in only two days! The safety razor feels sturdy and durable, and it's surprisingly easy to use too. I did nick myself once, but that's entirely down to user error. The soap was gentle on my skin, and combined with the shaving pouch it was very easy to form a lather. Overall, would recommend.

I'v used Mutiny for a few years for their shaving soap and skin care products. Everything I'v bought has been wonderful! The shaving soap leathers well and smell great, the face and beard balm smell and feel lovely.
The service has been impeccable and communication good. Makes me feel proud and honest to use Mutiny and shop local.
