The prompt response from your team was outstanding. The way your team took care of the payment mistake was seamless. I appreciate how fast this got resolved. On the other hand the way it is set up to pay for the initial access and then still pay for additional episodes seemed a little disappointing. I was looking forward to watching a particular series and it ended right were I had previously watched for free. I wish there was a way to maybe charge less for the initial access and maybe pay per episode instead of having to pay for another 2 weeks or wait for the episodes to be unlocked, just a thought.

My Drama App Ad on Facebook Overcharged Me
The tier choices gave three options and showed each at what it would cost daily at price. I only clicked on one month membership, not the other options. I keep messaging and replying to emails

Thank you for making my experience turn from a one star to a five star review. You guys promptly handled my billing issue once normal business hours hit and very satisfied with outcome. Thank you for instructions on how not to mistakenly incur charges unintended by Xing out of window instead of hitting continue! At first I was worried things would not be resolved. I appreciate the many follow-up emails checking on my progress with rectifying this billing issue. Your customer service has been commendable and top tier!
I guess fact all transpired at 12:55 AM is why a delay in response but once daytime hours for business hit here your billing team made sure to follow-up.
I do like the shows on your app as well, just wanted to try at discounted rate and can see I will keep this app if stories on it stay interesting as current ones available.

PAYMENT SCAM
I have an issue on their payment methods. In the beginning, I subscribed for the EUR 6,99 subscription. Amazing experience. UNFORTUNATELY, after a week I found out that I have been charged for another EUR 14 automatically which I did not signed up for! Since I did not want to cause any drama, I let it slide and I finally cancelled my subscription to stop any recurring charges but on THE 3RD TIME, EVEN AFTER CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY HAVE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY FOR EUR 22!!!! really unprofessional
First of all, the fact that they don't even notify you by email at least that you're subscription is expiring. Secondly, charging a fee even after cancelling the subscription. Third, this is a payment scheme where they don't remind you so that you won't notice that you are being charged.
TO SPREAD AWARENESS OF THE SITUATION! PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO 'MY DRAMA', IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
I reached out to their customer agent but they are not helping.
