THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE, LET'S REPORT THEM

I initially got tricked into a subscription that I believed was a one-time courier payment. After realizing I was charged for a membership I never agreed to, I reached out to YourBeautyAid and MyFaceClub's support team.

Customer service promised a refund of €26.50 for the unauthorized downgrade. However, instead of returning the amount to me, only a small amount (€1.90) was returned to my bank account, far from what was promised. When I followed up, I was told the refund had already been issued — without acknowledging that the only a small amount was refunded.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, misleading, and emotionally exhausting. I do not recommend giving them your card details. If you do, monitor your charges closely and do not expect a clear refund process.

Great service

Edith has been extremely transparent with me, helping me resolve any issues that I had and explaining everything properly. The communication is great and this just makes the service really amazing.

This company is a scam.

This company is a scam.
I did not know this could happen so beware: through a link on Facebook I was sent to an inquiry for a company in Portugal and by responding to the inquiry I would receive a gift and it would only cost me 2€. What happened was that I was charged not once but TWICE for 2€ in two different companies that I would only discover later: Myfaceclub and tools shop. I did not agree to anything and they inserted me in their membership plans which I knew nothing about and it cost the whopping amount of 49.50€. I was very quick in seeing the emails so I asked for the agents from the sites (which were not that nice) to cancel my membership. The cancelling would take 14 days!! and in that time I would have to pay a cancellation fee that according to them I HAD AGREED (?) Anyways I cancelled my card because even though the agent said my membership was cancelled and I did not have do pay the fee I can not trust them since they are sketchy as hell.
