If I could give less than 1 star I would... Scammers, take money from your bank, then won't give it back. I've never heard of this company, didn't sign up to anything, bunch of scammers, absolute lowest of the lows

I was asking if they could refund my membership fee and was assigned to some agents. The agents telling me I could not refund and it and didn't hear my pleading until I've been transferred to another agent named Andy, he/she was not only attend to my concerns but make sure that my requests could be approved. Luckily, my request was granted thanks to Andy.

Complete scam !!!
I got scammed by this company, paid 2 euros then was advised that it was a 10€ biweekly membership. Really hard to cancel the membership. They asked me to leave a 5 star review to get a refund !!

Considering how we dread having to face Monday after a great festive weekend I'd like to extend a huge thank you to a consultant by the name Grace with a stellar job she did, my frustration quickly turned to gratitude with her great customer service she went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved
