Not a good company pay next day…

Not a good company pay next day delivery and dont receive the item. Cant contact them as dont give you options as press to start chat but your not talking to anyone. This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles.

Avoid using hermes at any cost

Hermes delivered a parcel today . The driver rang my video doorbell and I asked him to leave it with a neighbour across the road. He said I leave it behind their gate. I said OK and ill contact them. The driver walked across the road and he then threw my parcel over some tall gates about six foot high into a ginnel situated next to my neighbours house. I could see this on doorbell live feed. I was horrified. He came back near my house to his van and I said excuse me I've just seen what you did. He said if its broken let hermes know and he will collect it tomorrow. The produce was broken . It was a very expensive kitchen bin. I cannot get hold of hermes as they don't answer the phone. So now I have to contact the seller. Can I please ask that all sellers think twice and never use hermes. They are terrible. Their staff are well known for stealing parcels . I have heard so many people tell me that and when they do deliver they treat parcels as they have mine today. In future when I buy anything on line and i see its being delivered by hermes I will not buy it. Avoid hermes at all costs.

Worst delivery company

Spent the evening at home waiting for my parcel. Supposedly it was delivered at 6pm. No one rang my door bell. We live in a mansion block. The parcel was not delivered it was dumped in the front hall and picked up by my husband who came in at 8 pm. I wouldn't mind but I live on the ground floor right by the front hall. It would have taken the drive 2 minutes to deliver it. Could easily been picked up by anyone passing as front door is open most of the time. Really pissed off as this is not the first time this has happened. Luck saved me getting my parcel. Delivery service is rubbish and to think I paid for it to be delivered to my door.

Hermes? More like Herpes!

I can't explain how bad this parcel loosing company is! I can't call them a delivery company as they clearly don't do that! They just loose your parcels and if you're lucky enough to actually receive your parcel, it's always delayed! When will this company get bought out and rebounded!?! They must know how bad they are and obviously don't give a sh@t about it! Hermes? More like herpes (both of these you don't want in your life)

They are an absolute let down of a company

Never get anything on time EVER and they are so disrespectful towards your packages.

We’ve had nothing but bad experiences…

We’ve had nothing but bad experiences with the local driver; she’s rude, surly and ignorant; but today she hit a new low and told my wife that she needs to get a man! I’ve no idea how this hateful woman still has a job. She is an absolute disgrace.

Dumpster Fire

I ordered a worktop cooker a week ago from Amazon. They lied, saying my signature was on the delivery on the Amazon order tracking when I wasn't in the building. My request to deliver it to a neighbour was ignored, and the parcel on its side with half the packaging missing AND an empty pack from someone's lunch rubbish!?! Photo attached.

In August 2022, I also ordered a £550 gaming PC from Amazon, for my autistic kid's birthday. It eventually arrived 9 days late, by which time the kid had to be taken to hospital in crisis because of it.

Sadly for Evri, it's gonna take more than renaming the business to fix the institutionalised dumpster fire of a delivery company!

AVOID HEREMS AT ALL COST

Specifically for anyone selling items on Ebay stay clear of Hermes as they will undoubtedly bring you bad feedback - they are remarkably slow, untruthful, and not reliable whatsoever, heed my warning and pay a little extra for peace of mind

Company Full of Theives

Seriously scummy company full of convict staff that seem to help themselves to almost all parcels. Its always a 50/50 whether the item arrives or not. How are these people getting away with this? I would love the day when this this flea bag of a company goes bust.

I ordered something from Amazon after…

I ordered something from Amazon after seeing it advertised on a shopping channel. 3 times I had a message on the tracking stating they attempted delivery when they hadn't. The last time they said they attempted they send me a picture of a Hedge as proof 🤔. Terrible company and when I buy online in future I will be contacting the seller/ company to find out who they use as couriers and if they say Evri I will NOT even purchase the item I will shop elsewhere. This review has no baring on Amazon or High St TV I want to make that clear.

Absolutely sh!t company

Absolutely sh!t company, returned a package at Xmas 3 weeks later it still hasn't been received by the retailer...company doesn't answer to emails which I've sent multiple know, the app is useless..how a company like this exists is beyond me

3 days now then they say they are going to…

3 days now they say they are going to deliver!!, last time was five minutes past when they say we were not in( watching out the window no attempt of delivery) and no safe place to leave?. Shocking company horrendous service and worst of all liars. They don’t deserve to be in business. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Damaged parcel, damaged product

Package arrived by front door. No one rang the bell. It was clearly damaged and the product inside (metal) was dented out of shape despite the reinforced corrugated cardboard packaging. Must have taken a really heavy battering on one end and ripped on another side with a second dent.
