Excellent machine ,by far the best on the market ! fantastic support & backup service from Brad & Kwaku, great team they will talk you through and help set up with you. Seriously awesome service !! This is my second machine I’ve up graded to the 2nd gen it’s fabulous ! I have previously tried all the other eftpos machines & suppliers on the market, nothing stands up to the seller for efficiency, ease and service also the cheapest rate ! Highly recommend anyone looking at eftpos machine get a Zeller you will be happy !!
It has been a game changer for our Lions Club. We now have 2 Zeller machines. I like the flexibility to let the sim card expire during the quiet times and be able to instantly re-activate and use it immediately when needed.
Zeller has saved me hundreds of dollars already with their products since I signed up. so many great products! By using the Zeller app instead of a physical terminal, there is no need for physical terminal and monthly fees.
The easy invoicing feature allows me to invoice my customers and keep track of payments easily too.
I definitely recommend Zeller instead of those other big 4 banks!
Like the fact you can ring anytime and someone is there to assist, they have a callback if they are busy.
The invoicing system is easy to use, banking app is good even though it doesn't allow to screenshot remittance on the phone but can access it on the desktop .

I’ve used Zeller now for three years in my retail store. It’s been a positive experience from the beginning and we’ve had no issues that haven’t be fixed immediately. Great customer service, great product and we appreciate the add-ons that keep on coming such as tap to pay if I’m delivering and don’t have the terminal with me.
Customer service was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My question was answered and we worked through the process on the terminal together.

If you have a small business Zeller is a hands down winner, can’t praise them enough for bringing an absolute gem of a product into this market, to all the people at Zeller, i love your work, keep it up!
I run a legitimate business. Not a lemonade stand. Not a pop-up sock stall at a weekend market. A proper, grown-up operation with a decade-long track record and a loyal client base who trust us with transactions that are, quite frankly, enormous. We're talking deposits north of $10,000 — not exactly pocket change.
And yet, every time a large sum hits the account, these digital cowboys leap into action like they've just spotted a bank heist in progress. Suddenly, I'm being treated like an international con artist. They slap a hold on the funds, then bury me in a bureaucratic avalanche of absurd documentation demands. It’s like being forced to complete a treasure hunt, blindfolded, underwater, with a bad internet connection — all to access my own money.
I jump through their flaming hoops like a circus seal while they hold the cash hostage, presumably stroking it and whispering sweet nothings to it. Meanwhile, I’m left grovelling and obediently submitting every financial document since birth just to be treated like a human being.
If you're selling cappuccinos or handmade bracelets, maybe they're fine. But if you run a real business with serious turnover, do yourself a favour — go get an EFTPOS facility from an actual bank. A grown-up one. Because these clowns behave like they’re doing you a favour by letting you use your money.
Utterly useless. Never again. Worst experience I've had with a payment platform — and I've been to IKEA on a Saturday.

I’m a bit disappointed with my experience with Zeller. I applied to use their services for my business, and without asking for any documents, clarification, or giving me a chance to provide any information, they simply declined my account.
No one reached out to understand my business, and the decision felt automatic and impersonal. I expected a more professional approach, especially from a company that promotes itself as supportive of small businesses.
Unfortunately, I didn’t even get the opportunity to be heard.

My experience was great as every person I spoke to was only to happy to help and support me with my enquiries.
Zeller will not honor their commitment to pay the $100 reward to both myself and the friend I referred. Even though Zeller have said in writing that both my friend and I qualify for the $100 reward. I have now contacted them four times about this. Does anybody know if this is a scam set up by Zeller?

I would give minus stars if I could. Now at ten days to receive a refund from the Zeller back to their I ent then on to me. It takes seconds to take my cash yet the refund takes almost two weeks? Its a joke!

Mu experience was great because at the late hours of the night, I was able to make contact with a real person, who helped me trouble shoot all the little learning curves that I was experiencing. Their patience and understanding for how to simply attend to any questions was the most outstanding and professional. As I said they were and still hopefully are, very human.
