Wondeful and easy to use. Installation was super efficent and friendly. System has worked perfectly with no connection issues and has saved a tremendous amount of money for the busienss

Even though we are a very small not for profit the service we received has been second to none. Julian Boscoe, Account Executive, Sydney has provided fantastic service and support.

We have been with Zeller for almost a year now and our experience to date has been exceptional. The service we get from Zeller far out weighs any "Big Bank" we have dealt with over the last 4 years. Their pricing is competitive and the sign up process was a matter of hours as opposed to weeks with a "Big Bank". We have also taken advantage of some of the other products on offer with Zeller such as the High Interest Savings Account & Corporate Card facilities which make life allot easier for tracking expenditure across the business. The Zeller App
is easy to use and has some great features giving you insights to your business that you wouldn't get with a conventional payments provider or bank. We are interested to see what other products Zeller will introduce in the future, the products and services they offer so far almost tick all the boxes for a total business banking solution. Based on our experience so far with the service we would consider cutting ties with our "Big Bank" and have all our business banking needs with Zeller.

Have been using Zeller now for over 1 year and am very pleased with the system. Both the terminal's functionality and the support when you need is fantastic. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Zeller is simply the best EFTpos terminal going around. It has never gone down and is simple to use, and support from the team (especially Alex) is excellent.
We have been with them since they started up, which was a big risk for us as a small business, but it's been one of the best moves we've made financially in our business' history. You won't be disappointed... excuse the pun, but trust me!

Great customer support from Julian, to get set up! Easy access to your money by the Zeller Mastercard. Settlement times are good.
The 4 star rating is due to not being able to schedule payments or set up reoccurring payments. Hopefully, this would be possible in the near future. I still would highly recommend Zeller.

Zeller are great with their support and trouble shooting. I much prefer them to Square.

Alex Paton has been my constant contact since day 1 of me starting my business. His customer service has been outstanding and one of the reasons I have stayed on board, even with better pricing offers. I hold excellent customer service higher than prices.

Was an easy setup, thanks to Harrison Brick terminals very easy to use only problem I have had is that one of the SMS cards that I have does not work any more otherwise very good and have been using these over six months now

The Rep was very quick and installed the terminal on the same day.

Zeller were onto my issue straight away.

We recently added an additional terminal and the support and assistance was so amazing.
Someone answered the call on a weekend and took the time to assist me on all aspects of the set-up.

Recently purchased a 2nd zeller and had an issue in the first couple of days. It only took a couple of phone calls before a new one was arranged and sent. No back and forth, or endless emails, just a straight up replacement. Customer service was excellent and I am glad we went with zeller.
