There are a lot of features that I…

There are a lot of features that I really like about Zeller. I use my phone essentially as an eftpos machine, I can send virtual payment links to clients, and the lower bank transaction fees than Zeller's competitors. Zeller is great!

Poor experience

Zeller saves money on fees however the slow processing times in which we receive our funds needs improving. Some days we receive the funds by 1pm so days it at like 5pm it’s very inconsistent and disappointing as we need our funds by 6am the next morning. All funds should be processed at midnight each night.

We understand the importance of getting you your settlements as quickly as possible, which is why we're proud to make two options available to you to get you your settlements as fast as possible.

Daily settlements to your 3rd party bank account will arrive the next business day. The funds are settled by Zeller overnight, but when they land in your nominated account it is dependent upon your own bank's clearing schedule. This can sometimes result in your funds landing in your account at different times, which is unfortunately out of Zeller's control.

If you'd like to get your settlement faster, we also offer nightly settlement, 7 days a week, to your free Zeller Transaction Account. This ensures you get your money 7 days a week, and even earlier than settlement to your 3rd-party bank account.

If you'd like to discuss these options and how you can work out what's best for your business, please feel free to reach out to our local support team on 1800 935 537. We're available between 9AM and 1AM, 7 days a week.

We needed a cheap but effective EFTPOS…

We needed a cheap but effective EFTPOS solution for our community not for profit Sausage Sizzle we hold at the markets every fortnight.
The banks were complicated requiring ABN's, setting up business accounts - all very complex for a very small outfit trying to earn a few extra $$$ for community projects.

Zeller was so simple, download the app, set it up within 10 minutes and we were ready to accept $$$ on our phone at the market. The next day you can send the money to your bank account if you wish.
No ABN's, no phone interviews with banks to set up business accounts that take days for them to call...
Just so easy and hassle free..

We took advantage of a setting that passes the 1.4% fee directly onto the purchaser so that our NFP is charged nothing what so ever - completely free of charges...

Very happy with Zeller , I have been using there app to take payments on the road for a few months now via my iPhone 12 . Well designed site to check payments and very easy to transfer cleared funds into my bank account .

Takes long time to turn on.

I have to log in every time you turn it off and on, and if the internet is a little bad, it keeps rebooting. I can't keep it on because it's a business run by myself, but the battery wears out quickly if I turn it on, and it takes too long to turn it on if I turn it off. I waste 5 minutes every day.

And I bought zeller 1 for about $200 and zeller 2 was launched a week after I bought it. And I honestly felt bad when I saw the price go down to $99. I think I wasted my money on starting a new business.

The Zeller machine is very easy to use

The Zeller machine is very easy to use. The back - end reports are very user friendly.

The club has been using this facility for approximately 12 months, it has made a significant improvement in our day to day operations to offer our members an eftpos facility.

I purchased the stand alone EFTPOS and love it…

I purchased the stand alone EFTPOS terminal on a recommendation from a mate at a local business. My experience has been trouble free with the customers paying for service absolutely no problems, only a modest outlay for the terminal which I own outright. Very happy,

Worst POS System company

The most unreliable company that I have dealt with, they have hold my funds for nearly 90 days which relate to customer orders. As a new business I used them for\ basic transaction. After 1 day of using their merchant transaction they withheld the funds and asked for further details in regards with the transactions. After providing them further details, they made a decision to deactivate my account. I asked them to reverse the transactions back to my customer which they refused. I asked them to provide me with my funds they refused and each time I ask them about funds being withheld they bring up their terms and conditions. I contacted the Australia Business Commission and was advised if I no longer trading business Myzeller all funds should have been not honoured and should have been reversed back to the cardholders. None of these actions have happen. This company has zero business ethics or understanding how business's work, I highly recommend not dealing with this company as new business or any type of business.

A fine card reader backed up by excellent support

We signed up for the card reader on a special not-for-profit offer. The reader was free and the transaction fee significantly lower than a (good) competitor.
Signing up was easy after the necessary verifications, and support along the way was excellent.
The reader is very good, and we can review transactions easily.
