Generally charge $2:13 surcharge per purchase and goes to credit card as default payment. Does not allow EFTPOS access to savings account.

They put their terminals at retail points then charge customers huge amounts. As the retailer did not have a sign indicating the surcharge, as a bear minimum YOUR sales team/company should with your terminals provide a generic sign/notice to retailers so they can display so consumers know that there may be a surcharge. Also unhelpful customer service on the 1800 no.; typical, the call centre based overseas

keep in mind Friday Transactions drop into the bank Saturday transactions 7 days a week this is just holding revenue to make more money
I joined Zeller as I’m a big supporter of organisations offering an alternative to the more traditional banking options.
Starting with a new business I used the opportunity to use a deposit from the ATO to try out the features available and take advantage of their savings account.
Lucky to say I’ve been the recipient of a few ATO deposits and have enjoyed the instant access to funds with other banking institutions.
Unfortunately not the case with Zeller.
I contacted the bank 1 business day after the deposit to check where it may have gone. Was told it would take 2-3 business days for it to appear, but to call back in 2 days if it hadn’t appeared.
Giving the benefit of the doubt I chose not to call and instead spend some time on Saturday to pay some bills and do some organising as would be after 3 business days from the deposit being made.
Shocked, mad, disappointed 3 business days and still no cash.
Im quite surprised that guaranteed funds from a government agency take more than 3 business days to clear and upon calling their help centre, was told maybe Monday.
Sorry Zeller but if this is what I’m to expect moving forward, in a world of instant payments. Your banking system is not for me.

24 hour "delay" for "security" on transfer to an account for the first time. Even an Osko transfer.
Not sure what security. Apparently they can't cancel the transaction.
As far as I can tell this is specifically to inconvenience customers. Even more amusing when the transaction has been processed previously in the past.
A company offering financial services should be able to tell you immediately where your money is and why a 24 hour "security" delay on a transfer is for. Customer support could explain neither.

My delegated account executive Leah has been an excellent help. We had no experience with eftpos platform and how everything works but Leah has explained everything in detail and guide us through step by step to set us up making it all easier. Leah has been always on the end of a phone or email to answer any questions we had. Zeller has also provided us with the terminal free of charge and have the lowest surcharge amongst other eftpos platforms.
We couldn't be more happier with the service.

What can I say, just an absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Having worked for more than 28 years as a Public Servant with the State Government of Victoria and mostly in Customer Service it’s the first time I have experienced such a wonderful experience. From the moment I was introduced to Zeller and connected with Juliet Wang the Accounts Executive I knew from that moment that my decision was definitely the right one. Juliet went out of her way to help me understand every fine detail I needed to know, her approach was very professional and made me extremely welcomed. It’s now more than 2 months since I have been with Zeller and I am so happy to be part of the team. As a taxi driver now, I do my best to pass on the good word to all my mates about Zeller and there helpful staff. I’ve used a few different machines in the past but nothing will ever come as a close to a Zeller eftpos machine. Zeller is also up to date with modern technology and data supplied to me through the machine and the application is very informative and makes my life so much easier. I can go on and on, with a lot of things to say about the eftpos machine, but my advice is to try it without any hesitation at all. I can assure that you would never regret about it. Definitely the best decision I have made.
