Very clever marketing. On the box it is just described as a Nail Care Pen.
In very small print of low contrast there are some usage instructions and the manufacturers name :- Dongguan Tianyishui Electronic Commerce company. Well, make of that what you will!
The tubes inside are cleverly packaged, but with no addition information.
The back story is cleverly written, with reference to US military, NASA, a doctor and perhaps a person that we are encouraged to feel sorry for because they are embarrassed about their feet!
Once you get sucked into the storey, they either try and convince you of their money back guarantee or claim that if you don’t but 6 months supply, they are likely to run out of stock!
I used it regularly 3 times per day for 3 months- complete waste of time and my podiatrist agreed. Please don’t waste your money on this

trying to get on their web site no luck it keeps throwing me out but since reading all their reviews i wont bother

Must be very honest and say this product does not work and you won't get a refund as they allegedly guarantee.

Sadly I used these pens for several weeks but didn't see any improvement with my toe nails. Not sure why.
I told the company and they refunded my purchase as per promise...so that was a positive👍

This product is excellent my only problem is I can't buy more , the online pages simply close down when I click on them, this is very annoying as I have had a very persistent fungal nail for such a long long time now and I finally found a product that is working so well , I should have ordered more when I got it first.Can someone please help me buy some more .Natralis company I have tried contacting you through my previous correspondence, but no response,

This product does NOT work, do not waste your money. Have used x3/day for over 3 months with absolutely no difference at all. Contacted the company after 60 days referencing their money back guarantee and supplying before and after photos (which were exactly the same) I was just told she could see improvement and that I need to continue treatment. No reply to follow up emails. So there is NO money back guarantee.

Bought 5 pen pack in middle of April, used them all up 3 times daily. Followed with using lemon juice and tee tree oil and really dousing the nails. No effect whatsoever. As a previous review stated, ‘it does smell nice’

No problems ordering and delivery, but the treatment does not work. I am at the end of my second pen, applied 3 times a day, no socks bare feet all day and there is no change. Smells nice though.

Have read some of the views on this company. Don't get it. Just ordered my second pen. Ordered 16th June, confirmation received immediately and delivered on the 19th. Cant fault that.
Does it work? Jury still out on that one but compared to other products I have tried it is certainly not any worse and may just need a bit of patience

I've put 3 stars because I can not figure out what is happening with this company. I ordered the AminoPro - Human Amino Fingerprint supplement for my wife based on one of those, 'It changed my life' stories that pop up on face book and other such sites. Like everyone else the order didn't arrive as stated so contacted the company. I got a response within a day stating it had been missed and would be sent out straight away. I then got a tracking number and received the product a few days later. Happy days. Even more impressive was, my wife who suffers with a number of ailments, reported that she was starting to feel more normal!

I've now tried to order the same product but cannot find any sign of it on their Website. I've now emailed the company to get an explanation. Hopefully it will be positive. Might even up the stars if they can get themselves sorted out.

I ordered the nail fungus pens on 24/02/2024, a 5 month supply, and got an order confirmation. On 06/03/2024 I recieved an email, in Dutch??, that my order had been shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number. I spent the next few days trying to track the package but the tracking number was not reconised. On 14/03/2024, approx 5 weeks!!
later, I presumed I'd been scammed but sent an e-mail anyway. No reply. I checked on the web site this week and it has been deleted. A definite scam.
But, low and behold, the parcel arrived this morning, in good condition with a customs declaration and international priority stickers. It was despatched on 06/03/2024 from Storeship Ltd in Nottingham who seem to be a logistics company. This information may help others tracing their orders. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Naturalis again

Looks legit. No product. Immediate response to email, still no product. Avoid.

I used this pen and it’s seems to be helping but going in to order another and the page is no longer there. Can only assume they no longer trade

Very disappointed with this company.
Ordered my products the end of February. Advert stated 2 day delivery. Chased company and "Christina" saying it was on its way. It is now the March 15th and it still hasn't arrived. I ordered it as a one off trial. I will check with my Bank that the company has not set up a reoccurring payment plan as I have not authorise this and seen that other people might be having similar problems. Have now raised issue with my Bank.

Like others,my pens took longer than stated to arrive - about 2 weeks or so. Early days but think I'm showing slight signs of improvement. I seem to recall the company states the pen lasts a month- I would disagree with this - there's no way you can get 90 applications out of a pen. Probably lasts 3 weeks at the most - for a big toe nail.

No product. No refund. No response. Web site mysteriously blank!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Naturalislab. The product seems to work for me.
I’ve never been a fan of the natural approach as it usually turned out to be ineffective this one seems to do its job. The linked studies really convinced me to purchase in the first place

I ordered the H-Nail Rescue Pen on the 26th of January and got it in the mail a week later. Customer support was very friendly and quickly answered my question about how to administer the pen.

Very happy with the pen. The effects started to show after 3 weeks. In the first 10 days the yellow stain on the nail disappeared. The liquid has a pleasant smell. A solid natural remedy. Only negative point is the shipping which took longer than expected.
