I wanted to renew my subscription using a two-day-only savings code from Neat.com via email. Unable to make a purchase because Neat.com was not excepting
a savings coupon code. After several unsuccessful attempts to make a purchase, I decided to contact customer service. I made contact with representative "LIZA C." The problem that I was having was more complicated, multi-tasked, and time-consuming than was not even expected! Liza throughout the lengthy process session was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. It was necessary to be placed on hold several times during our session
and each time Liza advised of her intentions and made sure I had any questions or concerns. Liza was always professional and yet Liza was always friendly and made sure all my concerns/questions were answered and or resolved. Liza is one of the best reps I have worked with. I have been using Neat for a number of years but due to a hardware upgrade I was not being able to upload the software. I reached out to Neat. The Neat technician (Liza) had to migrate data from my old laptop hard drive back-up, to my new laptop and Neat cloud. She worked diligently to get me back up and running. Helping to transfer numerous files from my old desktop version to the new cloud version after my hard drive failed. Years and Years of files! Years of Receipts and Documents covering my cancer treatments that I feared were lost forever.

I should give 5 stars, but with most reviews I do if I do, I seldom give the highest points. To be honest, a 5 star here should be given due to the fact Liza e-mailed me back in June when I first approached NEAT. Then when I e-mailed her back today 9/22'/22 and didn't connect, she persisted and called me. That's dedication for sure. If "things" would change in the future will be sure to call her. Thanks

The initial interaction of trying to explain in a chat box is frustrating, but the silver lining is that it connected me with Liza. Liza was extremely helpful, and once we spoke on the phone it was easier to convey what my issues were. While my NEAT was down for a week, some issues on my end were some of the cause, Liza worked very hard to get me taken care of.
