Lack of professionality, and no responsibility.
Having this office to represent my case, was not only waste of time, but also an extra work and cost for me to do, and with no results. A real lawyer will never charge you in advance. They are good at marketing themselves on social media and other marketing channels, but reality says they are far from being at all professional. Their way of following your case will be by ignoring your emails, no matter if it is an emergency or an update. They only wake up once you terminate your contract with them by answering "Recieved and understood" .. Good morning, I hope you had a good sleep.
My advice to everyone is not to go there, inspite of the good reviews here, be aware, and investigate. There are better offices out there who are really welling to help those who are vulnerable and in serious need. Don't go there!

Mr. Singh is exceptionally supportive and open-minded. I’ve engaged big firms and specialized attorneys in Denmark (more than 12 for various reasons), and he is by far the most helpful I’ve encountered. Worth every kroner.

I am an American citizen and my husband is Danish. I was living in Denmark for (at the point of our application for familiesammenføring) for slightly over a year. My student permit was going to expire eventually, and we wanted to find a solution that could allow myself to stay in Denmark long-term. Thus, we visited Nemfamiliesammenføring to help us through the process. Our case was initially assigned to Sharandeep. When we met with him for the first time, he stated that our case was an opened and closed case (in other words, the government would look at our case and approve it in an instant). Furthermore, they made us believe that our application would be approved given that my husband’s education was on the “positive list” of educations. Throughout the entire process that lasted about a year, we were passed on to two different female lawyers that had taken over our case instead. To be frank, it felt as if our case was not being taken seriously, and we were just being passed from one person to the next. Granted, both of those lawyers’ communication with us was professional and prompt, which unfortunately were not characteristics that we saw within the CEO.

Long story short, our application was eventually rejected, as we did not meet the 24 years old requirement. Even though this is an explicit requirement, we were told that this would not be a problem, as we were 22 at the time of the application and already married. We felt entirely misled to believe that our case was going to be approved despite missing the age requirement and that we had just wasted money on something that was bound to fail. If you are aware that you will not fill every single requirement that the Danish government sets out for familiesammenføring, then think twice about coming to this firm. We feel that they were simply out for our money, and they told us exactly what we wanted to hear.

Despite the seemingly good reviews and high average rating on this page, I urge potential customers to read the negative reviews in particular detail. In professional services, it is often how the advisor conducts himself or herself towards the client, rather than the outcome of the case, that says more about the quality of the advisor. Common to all the negative reviews is Sharandeep Singh’s lack of professionalism and responsibility as a legal advisor, which I second and would also like to warn everyone about.

I found Sharandeep Singh to be not only incompetent when it came to immigration matters and process, but also (and even worse) unprofessional and irresponsible in his client conduct. In my case, he sent me an extremely poor-quality draft letter intended for the immigration authority. He also only produced something after I had pushed him as there was a deadline approaching set by the immigration authority. When I wanted to discuss the draft and the overall strategy with him, he became very difficult to get hold of. After numerous attempts, it became clear that he was just ignoring my emails and phone calls. Ultimately, I decided to cut my losses and did the work myself.

I do not dispute that this advisor has possibly delivered good outcomes for some clients. But I advise everyone to think hard about whether you want to entrust someone who lacks basic professionalism and responsibility with a matter so personal and important as immigration.

KEY POINT: In any case I urge you NOT to pre-pay any fees until Singh has delivered you a product with which you are satisfied, and you are absolutely confident in his ability to represent your case. A good and honest legal advisor will NEVER demand pre-paid fees.

Jeg fandt Sharandeep Singh til ikke kun at være inkompetent, når det kom til udlændingelovområder og proces, men også (og endnu være) uprofessionel og uansvarlig i hans opførelse over for klienten. I min sag sendte han mig et ekstremt dårligt udkast til et klagebrev til udlændingemyndigheden. Derudover delte han kun noget, efter jeg havde presset ham, eftersom der var en tidsfrist fra udlændingemyndigheden, som vi absolut skulle nå. Da jeg ville drøfte udkastet og den samlede strategi med ham, blev han meget svær at få fat i. Efter mange forsøg blev det klart, at han bare ignorerede mine mails og opkald. Til sidst besluttede jeg at begrænse tabet og lavede arbejdet selv.

Jeg anfægter ikke, at rådgiveren muligt har leveret gode resultater for nogle af sine klienter. Men jeg råder alle til at overveje hårdt om, hvorvidt de vil overlade noget, der er så personligt og vigtigt som en udlændingesag, til nogen, der mangler basal professionalisme og ansvar.
