Brazilian coffee meets Swiss science. That’s how NESCAFÉ was born. It all started in 1930, when the Brazilian government asked the NESTLÉ company to create "coffee cubes". The Brazilians' goal was to use their large coffee surplus. Eight years of re...

The latest flavour is horrible
Spent years buying Latte sachets. They didn't taste like a proper Latte, but they were close. A really nice taste that screamed good quality when you drank it.
This January I bought some more and found myself glancing down at what I just drank. It was horrible. I assumed it was a spoiled batch, but the next was just as bad. I contacted them to be told that they had changed the flavour.
It now doesn't even try to taste like a latte, and you're left with the feeling you're drinking cheap coffee our of a machine.
Nescafé latte
Have been buying Nescafé latte for years, but definitely won’t be buying them anymore. They have changed the recipe and they are far too sweet now with hardly any coffee in them. Will be changing to another brand from now on
The new lattes are far too sweet
The new lattes are far too sweet, sugar content has gone from 5.2g to 7g of sugar per sachet. I’m very cross as have just bought a new stash of 6 boxes and can’t find my receipt to return. I’ve been enjoying these for many years and, like others, will no longer be buying them.
Nescafé Lattes
I wanted to add my voice here, about the awful change to the latte sachets, in the hope as we all do that they will rethink this and change it back!
I too like many here have been buying the lattes for years. I wondered if I was having issues with my tastebuds on trying the new version for the first time, but no, on the second attempt I realised it wasn’t me. The current offering is sweet, smells horrible, and no taste of coffee! I was relieved to see the other reviews in that everyone else felt the same. I just cannot understand who tested these at Nescafé and thought yes let’s go ahead with this change! And then to make the nutritional values worse, it is just madness!
Another customer lost, when there was nothing wrong with the previous version!
New recipe is awful
Nescafe Latte Sachets
New recipe has more calories, more sugar and more fat. The taste is too sweet and is horrible. This has been my daily coffee for many years - but not any more... :-(

Nescafe Latte New Recipe
Used to really enjoy Nescafé Latte but the new recipe is too sweet and over powers the coffee flavour. I wonder if this is intentional to hide the reduced coffee content, maybe? No longer an enjoyable experience. Will no longer purchase this coffee.

Did anyone actually won nescafe's £30 000 salary for a year UK? I believe this is not legit as I have seen no proof anyone winning this 🤔

Nescafe Lattes have changed and not for the better! They're sweet! I don't take sugar in my hot drinks so can't get away with the new taste 😏 it tastes like sweetener has been added! After drinking these lattes for years, I'm afraid I'll be trying other brands! Doesn't even taste of coffee any more! Very disappointed!
What have you done Nescafé
What have you done Nescafé! The new latte is absolutely disgusting! It’s really sweet and does not taste or smell like coffee. I have been buying this for years and normally buy 4 -5 boxes a week. I ran out completely and stocked up on 10 boxes of the new stuff not realising the taste had changed and now I can’t drink this anymore - I’m gutted!

always looked forward to a Nescafé cappuccino sachets in the morning but now something has drastically changed the taste is horrendous why have you done this no more purchase from me
New recipe latte is vile
The new Nescafé latte sachets are revolting. I have bought your brand for years, and loved it but this new recipe is horrendous. I bought two boxes, drank one cup and threw the rest in the bin. Hopefully the number of complaints might make the company reconsider, but I'm not holding my breath.
New Nescafé Latte Recipe …
Why have you changed your Nescafé Latte sachets - you have absolutely ruined it with a completely new recipe. It tastes disgusting, far too sweet, with no coffee taste. Also you have added 15 more calories! I’ve been buying 2/3 boxes a week for years - but not anymore, I’ll be to changing to different brand
Don't be fooled by the new imposter in the Coffee aisle
Bought my usual supply of what I thought was Nescafe Gold cappuccino sachets. This has been my drink of choice for many years. I noticed on purchasing that the packaging had changed and no sign of the Nescafe Gold logo. This is a completely new concocted drink, nothing to do with the previous one that I and others had loved.
It tasted rank, it had an overwhelming taste of coconut, soured milk and absolutely no taste of coffee at all. I tried two more sachets from different boxes with the same result. I am of the opinion that the Necafe Gold version has been phased out completely and this new concoction is a much cheaper to produce (more profit for Nescafe) replacement.
I have returned all six boxes, my total supply, to Tesco for a full refund. I have also brought it to their notice that the 'Nescafe Gold' ticketing, they are still using to sell this new product on their shelves, is probably a misrepresentation.
Nescafe latte is horrible
Nescafe latte is horrible. Why have they changed the recipe? It doesn't taste of coffee any more just very sweet hot water! I am diabetic and can no longer drink it, such a shame!

Nescafe has obviously changed the recipe for the cappuccino sachets, which I have been drinking for many years. The cappuccino now tastes like dishwater and has no coffee taste at all. I will not be buying any more and have thrown the rest of the packet away.
Not happy with Nescafé clearly don’t listen to customers now ex customer.
I used to buy the skinny latte, it was perfect, then suddenly it vanished off the shelves and it wasn’t available anywhere I even mailed them to ask why, they have discontinued it to bring in different flavours, the only problem is the Nescafé latte is sweetened, and it tastes horrible I don’t do sugar in drinks and certainly not artificial sweeteners.
There’s a few of my friends who go to slimming World and won’t drink it any more, I rather think Nescafé have shot themselves in the foot, by taking off a drink that’s better for health, they recomend cappuccinos instead, I personaly prefer the milkier latte if I wanted cappuccino Inwould have bought it, it’s a shame that Nescafé doesn’t read these comments instead of just removing a product and assuming it could be replaced by something different, I did notice when the skinny was on sale that the shelves we always cleared of that one quickly ie more boxes went of that than the ordinary ones.

Gutted Nescafé have ruined their Latte with a completely changed recipe. Used to drink two cups daily but they’ve now made it a disgusting cup of sweet milk with no coffee taste as well as adding 15 more calories and changing the traffic light to 2 x yellow from 4 x green! Time to shop for different brand…

I have always loved my lattes and buy a lot of them but the taste has changed. It’s so sweet and that bad I can’t drink it anymore. Shame but I won’t be buying it anymore.
