Absolutely love NeuroGum!

Its been life changing for me ! I have a medical condition and have to take medication that causes me to feel tired and mentally dull allot of the time. But since January 21 2026, All this has changes ! 😁…

I started Neuro gum at that date, since then, I feel more awake, more energetic (less lethargic), more focused and much more grounded, all this, without the jitters and crash. My quality of life has changed for the better. Neuro gum extra strength totally lives up to the hype. As promised, the effect is smooth and clean — a fantastic product !

And this is why I give neuro gum extra strength a emphatic 5 stars ✨
And 5 stars ✨ to the customer care and services at Neuro. They are very fast to respond, they have the “customers first mentality” which is outstanding !

As for the negative there is only 1 that i experienced. i would say that there current carriers (Passport and UniUni) don’t live up to the same standards, weather it’s for simple notifications, tracking your package, reaching out online or by phone, …
I would strongly recommend that Neuro use UPS, FEDEX OR USPS instead.

Bottom line : If you love your morning cup of joe or your afternoon pick me up or you need more energy at gym.

Judging from previous comments

Judging from previous comments, I was lucky to receive a sample of Neuro gum from CVS. I had never heard of it, so it sat on my dining room table for days. While working on a project one night I decided to try it.
I'm extremely pleased with the results. The (peppermint) taste was exceptional...I always pick the same taste with other chewing gums.
The consistency or texture was good, not too soft or hard.
The effects of the gum were noticeable. That same night I felt less foggy in thinking & concentration. The next day I still felt my mental clarity. For me I only need 1 c. of coffee a day, so in exchange for coffee I'll reduce the Nuero gum to 1/2 and see if I can get the same effect. Thanks for this product...I just wish the FDA would look at it...if that organization still exists under this administration.

IMPOSSIBLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE

When ordering online be warned that if you subscribe for the discounted price, unsubscribing is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been trying to unsubscribe for weeks now. They won't accept my credentials for logging in; they say they don't have that email address as a customer, yet they emailed me at it to let me know my order was on the way.
If I ever get this settled I would never do business with them online again.

If you order it online

If you order it online, there's huge logistical and delivery issues. They run into fulfillment issues. Customer service was an email script AI. It's business day 18 and still nothing has arrived. This seems to be a huge issue the more you research. I spoke to customer support multiple times about a simple small parcel that should have arrived by now. They gave the runaround but tried to get me to be quiet by giving a $3.61 refund on a $79 order(pretty pathetic CS). I'm still tracking my shipment through multiple 3pl's they have given me. Apparently, it moves roughly 100-150 miles a day max. Only feedback I've gotten since original messages from customer Support was thanks for giving us a try. not sure how they screwed up logistically so bad but bottom line is they dont care.

Honestly I was very skeptical about…

Honestly I was very skeptical about this gum. I ordered it took a bit to get to Canada but thats OK. I took a gum at 3:56pm. 8 MINS later I feel the energy. It felt like a weight was taken off my shoulders. I can't stop yapping to my fiance she thinks im on drugs lmfao.
This gum hands down does what it says it does. No im not a bot nor paid to say this. Give this gum a try!!!!

Never Got Anything From These Crooks

I haven’t even received my product yet, but I feel compelled to leave feedback about the courier you chose for delivery to Sydney, Australia.

Your choice of PFL – Parcel Freight Logistics is shocking. With 1,681 Google reviews averaging just 1.2 stars, it’s clear why.

My package was meant for a commercial retail address (number 18–20, three shops in the block). The driver went to the wrong shop, asked for me, then took the package back, snapped a random door photo, and left—without checking the other two shops, including ours. She literally passed our entrance to reach the wrong shop.

I was standing in my shop when the delivery was falsely marked as “completed.”

This is blatant laziness and incompetence. Like countless other reviews, there was a fake contact number, no working email, and no attempt to call or text. Pathetic service.

I’m extremely disappointed that a major company like Neuro would use such an unreliable courier instead of Australia Post or another reputable provider. Customers deserve far better.
